9 Hertford Street Apartments

We were really happy with the service provided by Aude and her colleagues. Even before arrival, Aude put my mind to easy by ensuring our first family staycation was as smooth as possible. The apartment was fabulous, really spacious and well located. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 9 Hertford and look forward to returning soon!

Wow, nothing not to like. Situated in a fabulous location alongside Buckingham Palace, amongst Mayfair’s finest properties. All the local people we met were so lovely and down to earth. Entering the property you meet the staff and all I can say is how helpful, professional, unassuming but totally friendly they are. We have stayed twice and recently left washing in the machine. We didn’t even realise till Lourdes found our items mentioned to Aude front of house who straight away contacted us to say they would send the items on and have done. Impeccable, immaculate amazing property and the team are so caring and 1st class. You have to go to really appreciate how amazing this classy property and staff are.

I was unable to leave the UK and needed a quiet comfortable clean place to work and call home, with kitchen facilities, near a park for exercise, and with food delivery, groceries and pick-up nearby. I was very fortunate to end up here, and with the discounted rate, I could stay a while. Mayfair is of course very quiet under lockdown, with beautiful parks. Near 9 Hertford (walking distance), you can find a Sainsbury, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Robuchon deli, Pret, corner shop with newspapers, postal/mailing shop, and the cafe-stands at the entrances to St James Park & Hyde, even Fortnum & Mason! was open and Deliveroo offered an enormous choice. The elegant apartment was classically decorated, spacious and very comfortable, with separate living room and bedroom (both large for London), bathroom & small kitchen (with washing machine & dishwasher), and small dining room, and from a comfortable desk by the window, I enjoyed a lovely view of the attractive street (no traffic). Great bed and super comfortable sofas! Wifi, power boards. But what I was most grateful for were the very agreeable staff, every one, who really did make me feel at home, and in the midst of a lockdown. A marvellous stay! Chapeau!

We stayed here for 4 x nights during lockdown on an essential trip. Cleanliness and safety was high on our list of priorities and they did not let us down. All staff we met were friendly, accommodating and understanding. We really could not fault them and feel they went that extra mile to make us feel safe. Thankyou, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Visited 9 Hertford with my doggie. Susanna at the front desk was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. My apartment had all the facilities one would expect and even a welcome toy and message for my doggie waiting for him! The standard of cleanliness was impeccable, and the furnishings all looked as if they had been freshly cleaned. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Parking was available under the building which was an added convenience. Thoroughly recommend, will be back.
