Located on the north bank of the Thames, residential Hammersmith retains a bustling, city-centre feel with high-street shops and offices. The area is best known for Stamford Bridge, the home stadium of football team Chelsea FC. There is an underground station within a 10-minute walk. The airports of Heathrow (about 21 km), Luton (43 km), Gatwick (58 km) and Stansted (78 km) are all nearby. This is an ideal choice for both business and tourist travellers. I can't say enough kind things about the staff. The front desk service (from a gentleman whose name I believe is Imran) was top quality and I recommend the Comfotel for that reason alone. Great work and much appreciation goes out to them for the quality of their guest service.
Not much good to say

I know that you shouldn’t expect much from a budget hotel but basic hygiene and customer service skills should at least be standard, which can’t be said for this hotel. The walls were all dirty, there was mould in the bathroom, the breakfast was cold and the staff were not very welcoming or helpful at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cheap for a reason.

Cheap for a reason. Worn out carpets, mould in bathroom, loose tiles in bathroom, toilet brush with paper mushed into it, shower cubicle dirty with hairs still on the walls and in the previous guests soap that was still there! Shower gel sachets used and left in shower. Room is dated. Breakfast poor, no bacon, sausages etc. Room stifling hot....list goes on. Avoid to save disappointment.

Just returned from a one night stay here. Paying just £65 for bed and breakfast, what more can you ask for? 8 minutes walk to the centre bars restaurants, trains etc. Got cheap parking for 24 hours 8 minutes walk the other way. The staff here are so welcoming and obliging, more pillows, coffees, milk etc nothing too much trouble. Arrived way too early for check in but again, it wasn’t a problem.
Hot, Hot Hot !!!!

Stayed here whilst attending the Great British Beer Festival at Olympia, solely for location convenience only, not an area of London I would usually visit. Room whilst small and in the cellar!! was clean and bed was comfortable enough for a couple of nights sleep (would not stay any longer) the room as it was so small was unbearably hot and upon opening the window(something I was not so keen on given the area)made it too noisy to sleep. However stay was an average stay but would not return to this premises Found the owner asleep on reception at breakfast time!!!
