More about the hotel
The company went bust
I had a three weeks booking there but on the fourth day they told me they were closing down and I would need to leave the next morning. This was on Saturday and I had to find another accommodation immediately! Fortunately they refunded me at least some money but it took until Tuesday and it was less than it should have been. They used this trick: I had paid three weeks in advance but their invoice shown only two weeks while the third weeks was "free". That makes a higher price per night, so they deducted four nights at a higher price than I prepaid and accordingly refunded me less than they should have. The hotel is closed now but may still be taking bookings online and charging people's bank cards, so be careful when booking. It is not the only hotel/hostel doing this these days.
BEDBUG INFESTATION - DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL
- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Terrible, disgusting. My bites are all over my body, swollen, painful, and itchy.
One night weekend stay
Arrived at 11am on Saturday morning and our room was ready even though check in isn’t meant to be till 2pm. We were in 105 up on the first floor. Yes the room is tiny, but it’s spotlessly clean, and has everything you need!! Only one fault was the blind was broken so we couldn’t close it. Shower was lovely! Only a couple of minutes walk to tube station, in a nice quiet street.
The perfect stay in London
The perfect place for a little trip. Very clean and lovely room. Located in a very nice area of London. It is so close to Earl's Court underground. The area is full of shops and restaurants. The staff is gentle.
One night stay
The room I stayed in was tiny. It had a cramped bathroom, but shower had good pressure. However, the room was spotlessly clean, and WiFi was fast. The walls are thin and I heard all the noises of staff and other guests on the same floor. This hotel is very near to Earl's Court underground station and several restaurants (5mins walk), a Tesco supermarket (10mins walk). It is great for a short stay.
