The outside looks a bit dated but once inside you feel at home. The breakfast was great, hot, good choice and everything you need. Fresh fruit, cereals and full English. We had a room on the top floor which were the executive rooms. Clean and just about everything you need. We normally stay in what most would consider the more expensive types, our verdict was for us it just about ticked all the boxes. A little tight with the unnecessary chair in the room but that's a small criticism. It was what it said on the tin and we felt was value for money. Short walk to the bars and theatres of Soho. Would we stay again, yes.

Expensive small drab rooms with poor service. I had to go and find a waiter to order my meal. One of the lifts was out of order, there was a wood screw holding the tv aerial in also hardly any TV channels to watch. Finally the food was very bland.

We stay here quite a lot, however we won’t be again. The hotel was so grubby we just couldn’t wait to leave. It looked as though the room hadn’t been serviced and there were traces of other people having used the room everywhere - lip stick on the glasses, marks on the bedding and on the doors. The staff were lovely, however when raised nothing was done about the issue. Breakfast was basic - the new layout for Dreamcast is that it is plated up for you by the chef. It’s not ideal but with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, I guess it is to be expected. The hotel is showing its age. Paint peeling and scuff marks on the skirting boards for example. Not worth the money! For the same or similar prices, there are better hotels.

Stayed here for one night as part of a package with 2 attractions. Was very well pleased with the hotel, good location, great staff and the room was very comfortable. I was worried given some reviews here but our allocated room was perfect. Nice breakfast too.
Faultless! Wonderful customer service

What a fantastic experience myself and my sister had staying at this holiday Inn! We requested an early check in (last minute) and we were accommodated even though we arrived five hours early. Staff were always visible and polite to all guests. Very clean rooms and lobby. Great location too - managed to send the minimum on the underground and was able to cover lots of attractions on foot. Only 10/15 minutes away from Euston.
