Needs a deep clean

The first thing that hits you is the smell from the carpets as you make your way to your room. The room stinks of bleach and is unpleasant. There is no food at this hotel. The beds are uncomfortable and one of the matresses needed to be replaced. The whole place needs a deep clean tbh. Save your money and book somewhere else if possible.

Please don’t stay here. We have barely slept! Could not wait to get out and leave at a reasonable hour! The room was disgustingly filthy. Smelt funny. Radiator leaking. Mattress was dead, at least 20years old! I’m sure there was also a hint of vomit in the mattress! We got dealt room 6! We had to go and buy towels. You get provided one hand sized towel for 2 people. The shower head has never been cleaned! The ceiling light was hanging on for dear life. I’ve never experienced anything like it! I’m so gutted after reading plenty of reviews thinking i had picked the right place for an over night base! Save yourself the worst stay over experience and find somewhere else with genuine reviews.

Incredible staff & place

Very honest staff, my son left his phone behind during our stay and the manager posted to us for free.Thanks very much indeed. Spacious rooms, nice and tidy,warm and friendly staff at a very affordable price.

Cramped but Convenient

We booked the family room for 12 days. The room was very cramped as there are 3 beds and barely enough room to walk, however the room was clean, well equipped with a tea kettle, refrigerator and plenty of outlet space to charge devices,and comfortable. The hotel is located across from a Sainsbury’s, restaurants, a launderette is just up the street and a bus stop. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating.

Perfectly fine but the milk provided was off!

I stayed here for one night when spending the weekend in London and for the money spent it was great value for money, service at reception was friendly and welcoming, the room for one person was fine, clean with a comfortable bed and nice shower cubicle. I unfortunately didn't sleep well that night due to the noise outside but that's not the hotel's problem that a group of people decided to have a party outside at around 3 in the morning. Personally the towels provided could have been of a better quality and a bit larger in size and finally for me the worst thing was the milk provided in the room being off meaning couldn't have a Tea in the morning which left a bad final impression. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the milk, otherwise would be 4 as generally, things were fine and the noise was not the hotel's fault at all. Would I stay here again? Personally undecided but for the price in London, you can do alot worse.
