Excellent stay. The superior double room and the bathroom were spacious and really clean. Good breakfast. The receptionist Ciny was really friendly and kind, she was available to meet my requirements.
Hospital visits required during lockdown
I have stayed at your hotel twice over the last couple months during lockdown and I’d like to thank Uma for making both my visits smooth and enjoyable (as much as it could be during lockdown). Uma was able to accommodate me with flights being cancelled and I was forced to stay an extra night (with ease). Her warm demeanour, helpful suggestions and understanding meant my visit was safe and easy going. My room was very clean and comfortable. Uma assisted my food deliveries by accepting and personally bringing them outside my room so I could have contact less delivery (COVID safe). On my last day, my flight was at 7pm and while checkout was at 11am, Uma allowed me to quietly read in the reception ahead of my flight. Thanks Uma for an enjoyable and smooth stay. Signature Townhouse you are very lucky to have an employee of Uma’s caliber working for you. It is a credit to your hotel and a testament to your high level of quality. Thanks!

I liked the treatment I received from Ciny and the others receptionists. I spent a few days and the hotel is very well located in a quiet area in the center, just 2 min walking from the Hyde Park, 10 min from Paddington station and 20 min from Oxford Street. The room is clean and have good price
Felt really welcomed
The receptionist Oana has made a good impression from the very point we arrived. The hotel was quite and warm and located 2 minutes from HydePark and has a couple of pubs around. Recommend to anyone who needs a place in Central London.
Hits the sweet spot
If value and location are important, this is a great business hotel. The staff, including Rita, are brilliant and are happy to help out with hard copies of urgent documents. The rooms are large if you scale. And it’s quiet, clean and a short walk to both Hyde Park and Paddington station plus busses. Grab a front room if possible and you’ll be rewarded with enormous sash windows and leafy urban views to HP. The coffee machine is a bonus but a bar fridge would help when you have a few nights there and drink tea and coffee like I do.
