This is a super nice hotel that I would recommend to any singles or couples traveling to London. I loved the location and the staff were minimal but very sweet. The tube is nearby and we loved walking to Sainbridges or the restaurants nearby. The food is great, make sure to order off the menu if you have breakfast included. Part of my stay was paid for with Chase Sapphire points, which was nice. But... the rooms are small. Super nice but super small. There is no fridge or minibar. Don't book with more than 2 people or if you want to escape your husband for a bit:)
Warm and welcoming in the time of Covid!

Hotel Xenia was our home away from home while visiting the UK recently. The staff was first rate and went out of their way to make us feel cared for. The beds and bed linens were really terrific. While the rooms are small—even for Europe—we spent very little time in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at Hotel Xenia. From start to finish the staff made our stay excellent! Our room was upgraded on arrival, and the staff put Prosecco and chocolate in the room for my birthday. The room was spacious with great views on the balcony. Location is very central and easy to get around

Excellent hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful; housekeeping was exceptional (and was very nice when we couldn't figure out how lock the balcony door!) Also: the best hotel towels I've used in years. Convenient to tube stations, etc. Highly recommend.
So bad that I left …..

From the moment we stepped through the door there was something off. Sure enough, the booking I made wasn’t provided. So we waited. The room was an utter disappointment - small, sad, shabby, not at all what the pics on the Bonvoy site led us to expect. But when the heat didn’t work, that was the deal breaker. The front staff was so quick to offer a space heater and claimed they could not reaccomdate us, although the hotel seemed virtually empty. Eventually we left that evening, the hotel staff did nothing to try to secure our business. As a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member I’d expect better service. And Marriott should take a hard look at this “Autograph” collection. It’s definitely not up to the standards of this company. Thanks to Bonvoy customer service (shout out to Rafael) for getting us rebooked at a lovely Marriott property (County Hall) and getting us out of this absolute nightmare of a hotel!
