Worth Staying even if you don’t support Chelsea !! 😂

Reviewed 1 july, 2022

Located short walk from Fulham Broadway Tube station. Arrived in London early and went to drop of our cases and was pleasantly surprised that our rooms were ready and we could check in. Check in was good, we hadnt booked breakfast but pre booked for the 1st morning. Tip here is pre book because it’s £13 but if you pay on the day £16. Can’t say that is really justified but hey ho. Rooms were clean and typical with a good selection of drinks, water and biscuits supplied. Decor was a bit tired but the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good with usual options, maybe a bit more fresh fruit choice would have been nice. Staff were excellent. Had a drink in Franks bar outside. Would stay again YNWA

A good place to stay

Reviewed 21 june, 2022

The Copthorne and Millennium hotel is situated in Chelsea right by the side of Chelsea Football Club. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, so booking in was easy. The room was very clean and well decorated. It came with dressing gowns, temporary slippers, toothbrushes and paste, water, tea and coffee. The bedding was comfortable, both duvet and pillows. The room also had television, air conditioning, refrigerator and a safe. Charging points were also available. The en-suite bathroom and toilet was again, modern in design and very clean With the windows open some traffic noise can be heard. The breakfast menu was extensive with something for everyone. It’s self service buffet and the food was well presented. The staff too were friendly and efficient. The hotel also has a selection of bars.

A Nice Hotel

Hotel was clean and modern, even though sanctions were in place and a lot of amenities were not available. Air conditioning was not putting out enough cold air, but the windows did open and the weather was not that hot. There were no mini refrigerators in the room. Reception staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Lev for his help in making our stay better. Hotel is close to Metro & bus. Highly recommend the El Metro restaurant- great tapas, Paella & Sangria.

Enjoyable London break

We stayed here for three nights last week, got an excellent deal on a spacious and comfortable Club room in the Millenium building. A plentiful buffet breakfast was served in the Copthorne building. All the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. With the current situation regarding Chelsea FC, not all services were available (no restaurants open on site) but this did not detract from our stay. An excellent location for transport - Fulham Broadway tube station on 5 minutes walk away, or alternatively it's a 15 minute stroll to Chelsea Harbour for the Thames Clipper service into central London.

Birthday trip

Reviewed 19 march, 2022

We stayed from Thu 17th till Sat 19th March, check in is on the first floor, staff were very pleasant, on first sight room 301 appeared nice if a little noisy from the air conditioning unit & dark with limited light, being a side facing window, although very spacious & clean it was disappointing we could only find 1 double socket & there was no toothbrush/shaver point. We had a disturbed 1st night due to the air conditioning units & my request to be allocated an alternative room was swiftly managed after I informed him it was my birthday & I didn’t want to hang around until others checked out & the room was cleaned as it would impact on my plans for the day, the new room was on the 6th floor, contained 2 double beds & was significantly quieter & a lot lighter thought the bathroom could do with a deep clean as some of the grout around the tiles was filthy, not 4 star in my opinion. Breakfast was self service & nice, consisting of an array of cereals, pastries, white or brown bread for toast & cooked items, the coffee is incredibly strong even with extra water added, the scrambled eggs were unpleasant & the beans not even warm, although the other items were nice especially the sausage & watermelon, would have loved a better array of fruit. Due to restrictions imposed on Abramovich there is no bar & I suspect other areas such as room service may not be available, so you may wish to take a few supplies of your own. The location is faultless with access to local tubes, Fulham high street one way & Chelsea .4 mile the other, I would stay again but would request certain things upon booking!
