3 good stays

Reviewed 21 november, 2021

We stayed here 3 times during October/November. 3 different rooms. The last one had an issue that the bathroom was right next to the bed. Good sized rooms and excellent value for money given the great location. There was some traffic noise. Kitchen more than adequate. There was some confusion over room allocation but recovered quickly and gave us a free night. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast reasonable. Handy to have a washing machine available. Would stay again

Great stay in fun neighborhood

Reviewed 16 november, 2021

I stayed here with two kids, 13 & 8 for two nights and my husband joined us for one. It was plenty of room for us. We ate in the first night. Noodles on the stove for kids and take away from one of the nearby Italian restaurants for me. We were able to walk to Tower Bridge in about 15 minutes and about the same for the London Bridge tube stop. Plenty of good restaurants, fast and slow. Maybe not a neighborhood with the big sights but a great place to stay. Service was wonderful. So friendly. And breakfast is as just right. Good pastries and some protein options. Would go back! We stayed at the St. Pancras after this which is fancy but a lot busier neighborhood. Totally different but I would stay at the RI again first

Faultless stay. Lovely and clean.

An absolutely faultless stay. The room was spotless, the facilities great. Breakfast was served in a manner that made us feel safe. All the facilities in the room worked correctly. Bed lovely and comfortable. A little hard to find from the road, as the entrance is down a small ally with tables from other bars in the middle.

Great location & great value for money

Reviewed 31 august, 2021

We stayed here as a family of 3 in a one bedroom open plan room. The room was great & had everything we needed. Breakfast was busy but what you would expect over a bank holiday - cereals, pastries, fruit & a small hot selection which is exactly what was described on the website. The location is really good - ten minute walk from London Bridge Station and the Northern Line for the tube. Considering the location & that breakfast was included we thought the price was really good - at least 1/3rd less than other similar hotels I could find. The staff on the main desk were amazing - so friendly & helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The main ones we dealt with were a blonde lady & a tall guy with dark hair - they were on shift together over the weekend & they were great - wish we’d have got their names to thank them personally! Overall we would recommend a stay here if you’re visiting London - there are a few negative reviews but to be honest I’m not really sure what people expect in a capitol city for the money they pay!

Fag ends flowing on the street outside, i didn't bother

The standards of cleanliness are terrible at this place with their ashtray on the pavement outside full and overflowing, surely they can do better than this it's been like that for days - they simply don't care
