Stayed at the signature townhouse with my friend for her birthday, the staff were amazing, Melissa really made our stay splendid and provided great service. It’s 15/2 minutes to central London.Totally recommend..

A let down

This hotel has a fantastic location - walking distance from Paddington station, next to Hyde Park and a convenient tube stop for Central London. Unfortunately it lets itself down with a lack of care and attention to detail. The lobby and my bathroom look to have been recently renovated, but the rest of my room was shabby with chipped furniture and marks all over the walls and carpet. Fixtures were loose and even the smart looking and good sized bathroom had a terrible layout that made it awkward to use and feel cramped. I’ve stayed in much better budget hotels and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Weekend at London

Lovely modern tastefully decorated hotel close to tube links and in a lovely part of London with access to to shops, restaurants galore and the park which you can walk through to access Harrods and the museums. We stayed in room 402 and were very impressed with the very spacious room with sofa bed, ideal for a family, spacious bathroom and very large shower. I have paid much more for similar size rooms in London. The nespresso machine and bottled water were appreciated. The room was very quiet and the beds were super comfy allowing for a peaceful nights sleep. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us including an early check in and leaving luggage so we could continue exploring London. Would highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend this hotel. It’s centrally located and when we arrived the staff was friendly and the room was clean. While everything in the bathroom works properly (+ great shower head), the mattress in our original room was in poor shape (you could feel the springs too much for our liking). Felicia from reception took care of this quickly and had our belongings moved to a new and better room.
