Great location, modern anf functional, it had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Nice touches like white noise for guests noise sensitives, free luggage store, reception 24/7, amenities, good quality toilet paper, kettle and heated towels.

Staff was great. Location was great. Room was spartan but clean and well outfitted. The only miss. Really is there is no refridgerator or microwave. I asked for a fridge and they did supply it, but no microwave is a miss. On the huge plus side, they provided AC adapter and there is an essentials cabinet with TP, soap, teas and other essentials on the floor which made it very easy. Texting with the staff prior to arrival as easy and answers were mostly at coming and well considered. I would stay here again without question and recommend it to all.

Good location, great neighborhood

This is exactly what I was looking for my first trip to London. Short walk to the Picadily and Queensway underground lines. A quick walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Good options for breakfast and dinner nearby. We really enjoyed the Gloucester Arms pub. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not as close to attractions as I would have liked but the trade off for the price and neighborhood was well worth it!

Tiny space, no service, £200

Tiny room for £200 / night. No desk or chair as the booking photo showed. Hardly space for the bed. No public space downstairs - guest lounge closed. I assumed that an apartment hotel without service would be better value. Wrong.

Best place to stay!

Perfect place to stay! Steps away from a metro bus stop and 5 minute walk to Victoria Station which gets you anywhere in the city. Room was clean and quiet, right near the lift. Staff was lovely checking us in. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip to London!
