Noise
There was a lot of noise from the main road and I had to depart earlier than expected as I could not sleep well. I would have expected a refund for this as I had to check into another hotel. Had I been better informed of thd noise pollution around the hotel I would not have booked.
Reliable, good value for money
I recently stayed at the Tower Bridge Travelodge for two nights on business. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome by the reception team. The room was clean and tidy, and I enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The hotel is also well-located close to Tower Bridge and is within walking distance of good transport links and many London landmarks. Finally, I was also impressed with the care and attention which had been used to make the hotel as Covid-secure as possible.
Great staff and good position
My stay was extremely comfortable after all. I had a free upgrade to a super room, provided with coffee machine and some little KitKats! Special mention to Monia, who couldn't help enough by giving me indications and advices about the area. Good location, very close to the bridge! Recommended.
1 night stay
The room was very good for a standard hotel. Unfortunately the bar is not open, it would be nice if they were open even just for breakfast. The staff were lovely, and friendly. My review is in a different language, so they should take a look at their settings. The was not far from the DLR station, underground, and the Tower of London. Would comeback here again.
Amazing
I came here to visit my partner, staff were friendly and very attentive they informed me about all the Local shops near the area and transport routes. The room was clean. Only issue is hearing the train track at night time.
