Courtyard London

Hotel is under renovations. When I was checking in 3 separate construction workers were not wearing a mask in the lobby. Get to my room shower is soaked and 2 towels on the ground. Ridiculous You can hear everything in the hallways. Only pro was the TV.

We were upgraded to a queen suite which was very, very nice by Taylor. It was large and looked brand new. Taylor's service was very professional and friendly which added to our enjoyment of stayiñg at this hotel. It was immaculate with nice amenities provided in our room. However, the beds were hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable making it hard to get a good rest. When we checked out the young lady at the counter was very sweet and asked how we enjoyed our stay. She noted our findings and was very understanding. If we were to ever return we would briñg our own pillows.

Checked into the Courtyard Marriot in London, used my TD points fo stay here and what a great decision that was! From the minute you walked in the staff at the front desk was so awesome, asked if we had a floor preference or needed to be close to elevator. Check in went smooth, I asked how much a bottle of water was and the front desk girl said no charge, due to covid we can’t leave stuff in rooms, she gave us each a bottle of water and told us about the use of the pool and we would have it to ourselves for one hour and we could book it right away to gaurantee our spot and if no one else booked we could stay in longer. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Room has a mini fridge large screen tv and a microwave. Our room had a pull out sofa couch as well, along with a kingsize bed. The evening was delightful, no noise in the hallways like you find at some hotels. I would definitely staff here again, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was not only comfortable but safe as well. Thank you to the amazing staff from check in, to check out!

Just preparing to leave hotel as i write this. Clean and modern hotel. Fresh fruit was excellent in the complimentry breakfast. The bonus is the service. Very helpfull and respectfull service providers. Had to ask night clerk for help at 5 am. Night clerk, a man, went out of his way to help. He could have said no, cant help you , but he searched for a way to help and was successful. Very pleasant and courteous as all staff at this hotel were. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting London. Everything about my stay was superb, despite the hotel being under renovation (which you wouldn't even really notice except for the bins out in the parking lot). I was greeted by the front desk staff and offered water and a cookie, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival, I was informed that I was upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise as well. Everything in the room was spotless and was probably one of the best-kept hotel rooms I've been in recently. The room was spacious and had two incredible TV's with accessible HDMI jacks so I was able to hook up my iPhone and play streaming content from the very speedy Wi-Fi. The room smelled great (and clean) and my request for a high floor was honoured. During my stay, the hotel was pretty much silent, making it really easy to get a good nights sleep. It really couldn't have been more perfect. The hotel grounds was nice too, although I didn't use the pool or other amenities other than The Market, which was well stocked and very reasonably priced. Checking out was smooth and I was even offered a water for the road. Again, a really nice touch. All around an excellent stay and definitely a location you should keep in mind if you're in the London area. The hotel is clean, rooms are spotless and smell fresh and clean, and the hotel staff are above-and-beyond amazing. Thanks for an amazing stay.
