nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto doble, las camas estan bien, el cuarto bien equipado, tienes wifi, tv, aire acondicionado, etc,etc abajo en el lobbie hay un starbucks para aquellos que necesitan de un buen cafe en la mañana.. en average bueno el lugar lo recomiendo. ahh tienen que pagar 15 dolares por dia para el parking fue lo unico que pague extra que no viene incluido en la reserva (deberia de estar incluido)

Since Expedia won't publish our review, posting here. We had 3 nights booked (pre-paid) for the Labour Day weekend, visiting London to spend time with our oldest son, had many plans booked. Stayed one night here and were forced to check out when we found a bedbug crawling across the bed (with my youngest son in it!) in broad daylight. Freaked out and called the front desk whose response was "we'll send housekeeping up"??? Housekeeping arrived, took the bug we had placed in a baggie, and said "we'll call Pest Control"????? The manager never came up to our room, but called and offered another room which we obviously declined. No other rooms available in London as it was the long weekend so we had to abandon our much anticipated vacation time and face a drive back to Barrie on Friday of the long weekend (anyone who knows that drive will understand how upsetting this was to us!). Totally ruined our holiday. We really wanted to love this hotel, great location, nice staff, but instead we were forced to leave, quarantine all our luggage, spend days laundering and spraying. If you book this hotel, understand you are taking a real gamble. I just don't want any other families to have their holiday ruined. While we did receive a full refund from Expedia (within a few days), the response from the hotel (other than offering another room) was completely nil.

I stayed at this hotel from Tues pm through Sun am for the purpose of a professional gathering from Thu-Sun, incl.). I gave an essential briefing to all "operations attendees" every morning (Thu-Sun) between 09:00 and 10:30. Some had to attend via virtual means (Zoom), so strong, reliable Wifi was essential and it worked great. The facilities were excellent and the staff were always very helpful/ accommodating while remaining very Covid safe. I highly recommend this hotel for any personal or business travel to London.
Our car was stolen from their parking lot:-(

We stayed at the double tree Hilton August 21-23. Our stay was extremely stressful to say the least. Our vehicle was stolen and reported to hotel management as well as local police. Thankfully it was found by police. My husband picked up the car and returned it back to hotel. Not an hour later it was vandalized window smashed. We could not believe it when we found the car in the lot with glass everywhere. It was taken to dealership for repairs . Besides the cost of repairs the hotel didn’t even offer compensation for our stay. They offered us a free breakfast. Slap in the face. We live out of town and it took days to fix. The area around the hotel is not safe and you cannot walk around the area without noticing the amount of homeless and drug addicted people in and around the hotel. Sorry to say we will never return again to this location. The not my problem attitude was very disrespectful. Janet from Sudbury Ontario Canada.

People were fantastic, room was…ok.
Staff were wonderful at check-in and in the restaurant for breakfast.
Room was clean, but taps dripped…general blasé as far as maintenance. Went I thought.
Value for money? Average…staff made up for the downfalls.
