Dirty, no reception 24/7 as advised, bad WiFi, bad beds and dirty linen, blood smudges on the walls, poor cleaning, too expensive, overall too sh*t for the money you pay
The room has a bad cigarette smell
Horrible - Bed in very bad conditions, trust me, avoid.

We are hugely disappointed about our stay. The bed is just not suitable to sleep in. We could feel the bed springs in all our single bones. We emailed reception a month ago and they did not even bother to reply. What is the point of paying to stay here if we cannot sleep? Why do not you just invest in better beds with all the money we pay? I usually fall asleep anywhere, but here I couldn't. It is not healthy to sleep in such bad condition beds. We had to wake up early morning to get a flight and we could not sleep in all night otherwise we would have changed hotel. Never, ever again. Please guys, do not make the same mistake as we did, DO NOT STAY HERE, SIMPLE.
Worse part of our London trip

Room was not ready for our check in even after 4pm. Room was small- one Full/Queen? bed and one bunk bed. We watched the housekeeper change sheets as we waited. The mattress was so gross and flimsy. We tried not to think about it that night.
The bathroom was a tight squeeze. Toilet, sink and shower, you can't move and can't quite close the door.
We happen to hit the Europe heatwave of 101F (typically 78F) so visit was miserably hot as there was no air conditioning and we couldn't open the window (it was broken).
Breakfast was okay, but she couldn't keep up the high period time, so lots of waiting around for bread, coffee, etc and even to get a table cleaned off.
Would not stay here again!

I found the reception downstairs, but dark, taped window was where the receptionist was sitting behind. Not welcoming at all. My room was in the second floor, with the toilet and shower on the next floor. The first toilet was tiny, barely any space to get to the toilet between the sink. No paper towels to dry hands on, so whoever was in before me had used the toilet roll which was soaking wet.
There was barely enough space in the sink to fill the kettle in my room. I had to plug it in on the floor, the plugs were upside down on the skirting board. No spoon either to stir my drink.
The sink had been cracked or broken and was stuck back together. No lamp shade, so very unpleasant lighting.
I felt unsafe as the key was the only way of locking the door. I would have liked a bolt or even a yale lock. I could hear people walking around all through the night and felt very vulnerable.
The walls, very thin, could hear conversations in then next room.
I didn’t even bother with breakfast. Piles of cardboard boxes around the dining room.
Only one positive, looked like new carpet had been fitted.

Stayed 1 night (thank goodness). Chap on reception very polite. Room was booked as a double but 2 small single beds pushed together. Kettle had to go on floor to boil (only 2 teabags and 2 coffees). Curtains were a foot too short. Bathroom...... one in a touring caravan is bigger. Breakfast no crockery, hot drinks or juice/ milk. Tables not cleared had to go to Wetherspoons for breakfast. Refurb work going on but not advised in advance. Avoid.
