The views were nice.. but that’s about where it ended. The room didn’t smell very fresh, nor did the hallways. The windows i the room were filthy, caked with dirt. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable Ive slept on in a Holiday Inn. They don’t take debit cards, which would be nice to know in advance.

HORRIBLE, LOUD, A/C PROBLEMS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stay away from this place. Dirty, noisey, and loud! A/C turned to heat and would not shut off. Homeless camps on the property. We never slept! Terrible location with no security fence. Rooms were poorly maintained. Unwilling to refund our money for a night of misery.

If I was the owner of this hotel I would want to know guest experience. Construction is fine, what is not fine is sending a maintenance personnel to deal w no power for hours at end, having the guest ask them to leave because they were exhausted and leaving them without major power for a full night. The next morning I asked for a copy of coffee at the front desk since I didn’t have any power, I was directed to the coffee bar where they would gladly take my CC, for the coffee of course that I couldn’t brew in my room, that was served w a whole lot of attitude as well! I’m not so sure I’ll stay at the Holiday Inn brand anymore after this terrible experience. Hotels have issues, but when they do, staff needs to be trained to deal w a customer!! Shuttle to the airport was nice, friendly driver!

I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN EVER!!! I have a generalized anxiety disorder when I arrived the parking lot had many people sitting in their cars I felt very uneasy. I checked in went to my room looked out the window to view police cars at the end of the parking lot with people on the ground. The police had weapons.out. I left immediately. I did not stay in the room. 2days last I physically went to the location to discuss the situation and shared my experience with YVETTE at the front desk. She flat refused to refund any amount to me. She acted as if I were lieing and dismissed me almost immediately. THIS CORPORATION IS INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING. DO NOT FUND THEIR INCONSIDERATE EMPLOYEE PRACTICES. I feel as though I've been discriminated against.

Poorly Maintained

We stayed here via Dayuse. We were on the 12th Fl, Rm 1216. The room served it’s purpose. At first glance it seemed nice and clean; however, when I went to try to sit on the desk chair, it was in horrible condition. How does a big name hotel allow deteriorated furniture to remain in use? This makes me question what else is poorly maintained and even the cleanliness of its facilities, specially during this pandemic. Furthermore, when we went to shower there was no hot water. I tried showering at different hours of the day and the same thing, the water did not heat up. Definitely not worth the price. Would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
