Excellent hotel for Long Beach stay
I stayed here for work and the location is the best you’ll find in Long Beach. It’s located right in the middle of downtown Long Beach next to great restaurants and shopping. The other nice thing about this hotel is that the rooms are all brand new, clean, and modern looking. The room has a great rainfall shower and the bed was very comfy. There’s parking in a garage next to the hotel for $16 which sounds inconvenient but that’s probably the cheapest parking of any hotel in Long Beach. The only negative I have against this hotel is that there’s no hot tub. I was hoping for a place that has a hip rooftop pool that it would also have a hot tub, but it does not. All in all, it’s one of the best places to stay in LB as long as you aren’t in need of a hot tub.
Wonderful Stat
My honey & I decided to getaway. We chose Hyatt Centric The Pike - great location: walking to Pike Outlet, Convention Center, & downtown; excellent customer service; cleaned & modern facilities. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was still closed due to County Restrictions.
Not impressed
In comparison to other Hyatt’s, this experience was below average, especially for the price. The room itself was standard to say the least. You’re paying for the location more than anything else. I experienced issues with the website, check-in, and billing. Which took an additional 680 dollars from my account that I’m still waiting to be refunded
Amazing Hospitality and super clean and cute rooms
Great hospitality! Warm friendly staff. Room so clean, modern and contemporary. Easy check in, clean and safe adhering to protocols. The rooftop has amazing views and was clean with great bar staff. We just loved our stay and can't wait to go back
A short get away
Overall very clean and comfortable stay! Room was quiet, clean as was the hotel. Staff was accommodating and very kind. The were also very informative of the things in the area, even the vending machines and ATM’s outside the hotel! Will stay here again next month!
