Awesome team
This hotel is new and the front desk team was super friendly. It has a huge fitness center with some great equipment. The shower in the room was freaking awesome and the room was super clean. It is in a great area and access to food very close. I highly recommend this to anyone.
Amazing quality and room design
From a large, adjustable tv on the wall, to a friendly front desk staff, this was a great stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. The colors and design of the rooms are modern, light, and peaceful. The music playing in the room from the hotel channel is soothing and helps one relax after a day of travel. I love the walk-in shower that is large and has a small ledge to sit on. This is the place to stay in Longview. I would rate this higher than the current Category 2 that Marriott has given it.
Very nice place
For some reason our GPS had trouble locating this place, although it was not in some weird spot. Anyway, it is actually located in a good area for restaurants, shopping, etc. It's a very nice crib! Looks new, is clean, staff very courteous, room quite smartly designed, beds and bedding very comfortable, decent lighting. We find Marriotts don't always have the best selection of TV channels but we didn't have time to watch anyway. Temperature controls were responsive. Very nice accommodation at an impressively affordable price. We would certainly stay here again.
Above and beyond good customer service
Our family booked a couple of rooms for an overnight stay. We arrived just after the earliest check in time and we were greeted by an amazing lady at the front desk. It wasn't an act, just genuine kindness. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The 50+" tv in the room with netflix capability was very convenient. Not all of the amenities were available, due to the recent pandemic. However our stay was excellent and an extra special thanks to the front desk staff in the late afternoon and evening.
Excellent staff and great place to stay on the way
Stayed there on the way to Dallas. New hotel, very courteous and welcoming staff. Simple and good restaurant. I liked it better than Seattle Airport Marriott and even the ritz at the new orleans, just because of the friendly staff and service. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a break from their long road trip.
