toilet drain defective, telephone not working, the hallway smelled of food being cooked, had to reset my room key. would not work. i believe webiste stated complimentary breakfast, but no breakfast in the hotel

Worst place in the world to stay, room smelled like cat urine, room was completely dirty and when They switched me rooms, that room was the same. Patio door would not close all the way, Cigarette burns on just about everything

VERY DISAPPOINTED Liked · the beds were fine Disliked · they only give 3 towels and we had 4 people. the acted like you were stealing them.(No one would take anything from this place trust me).Lobby looked great. As soon as you walked into the hotel door hallway it STUNK!!!! I had 17 year old kids with me and they said this is a place we would stay at for our Senior trip LOL. The carpet is disgusting. Everything inside needs painted. no lock on safe in room. door latch on patio door broken. They say its under construction NEVER seen anyone working in hotel.Security doors to get in hotel broken meaning anyone can get in!!!! Pictures on website LIE
Worst hotel ever!!!
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.it was filthy and it had an awful smell.everything about the place was bad,almost too many things to go into detail about.read the many previous bad reviews before booking.we could not sleep in the beds and left very early next morning.had no door on safe,awful stains in wash basin and bath.dirty carpets,a coffee machine that did not work etc etc.by the way took about an hour to check in and we were the only people at the desk.

Good points, close to the location I needed to be at the next day. Staff was as helpful as they could be, considering. Price was cheap for the area.. you get what you pay for. Bad points. Room door was ajar when I got to the room, no key needed to enter the room. Security lock on door was broken and falling off of the door and the door jam Bathroom door handle was broken and falling apart. Room had no towels , bath mat, or wash cloths. Tried to call the front desk for towels, but the room phones did not work , had to walk down to front desk and ask for them. Girl at the front desk said the in house phones did not work, but they had WIFI.... Linen on the bed had holes in the sheets, and were not clean. Looked like black sand or some other dirt, had to remove the sheets and shake the dirt out. The out side of the location was in poor condition, and the inside was worse. No working locks on the any entrances to the motel The whole outside area was in poor condition and dirty. Would never stay at this location again, or recommend it to anyone. Ramada by Wyndham should remove this location from their web site and stop the use of their name on the location by the people who run it.
