Great stay except for not-so nice clerk
Great looking hotel. Brought our dog during our stay. we got a king size bed and the room was very spacious. Had necessary amenities needed such as microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, non-stinky a/c, and roomy shower. Felt safe during the stay. Just don’t expect a warm greeting at the front desk.
Bed bugs
I got bed bug bites both nights we stayed there and the check in process was very slow and took about 15 minutes. I was disappointed with the service and the bed with getting bed bug bites all over my legs.
reasonable comfort, good value
Comfortable room for the price. Room was fairly spacious nice quality bedding and good mattress comfort, hotel was mostly empty so could not accurately assess quietness and sound proofing. Found it odd that the tv was on the same switched outlet that the room entry light was on.. turn light off.. no tv.
Ear Piercing alarms due to poor property maintenance
I have stayed at this La Quinta many times over the past 3 years and always had a satisfactory experience. Unfortunately this last stay was simply awful due to broken pipes on the 3rd floor that caused alarms to go off multiple times during my stay disrupting my sleep and every guest in the hotel. The hotel staff did not seem to know how to manage the problem and nobody every reached out to me or the other guests to ask how they can accommodate us for the tremendous inconvenience the alarms caused. I would check to make sure they have corrected all the leaks before booking your stay.

Bathroom had no lock, or way to close it, they are almost self opening doors. Reading table was broken, air-conditioner was not fully functional. Hotel service was very poor, they haven't provided enough towels, not they suggested us well enough to keep trash out of the room. Overall, it was the worst hotel room that we stayed in by far.
