Good place
When I was there, breakfast wasn't so good but the view was beautiful. The room was great, there is even an oven, which was very useful for me (despite being charged 5 reais for a lighter). It would be nice if the pool was heated.
Well located and a nice place to stay
I aways stay in Chverny when I go to Belo Horizonte. It´s close to everything: banks, restaurants, and especially, near the place where we take the bus to the airport, so it´s very convenient. I like this apart hotel because the rooms are large, with living room and bedroom, and equipped kitchenette. Some rooms have an amazing view. The restaurant is good and not so expensive. The hotel staff are very helpful. You can walk to most museums in Belo Horizonte, which are around the Praça da Liberdade, in a few blocks from the hotel.
convenient location with good service
a low key hotel in a very convenient location, a couple of blocks from Praca da Liberdade which even houses a theater and a museum. To top it all, every Sunday, the biggest outdoor market in South America, is held just steps away on Avenida Alfonso Pena.You can get anything under the sun here. We managed to get Soccer tea-shirts for all our grandkids. The hotel itself is no frills but with a good breakfast and good service. The rooms in front are a little noisy at night but make up for it with gorgeous views. If we had to come to Belo Horizonte again, this is where I would chose to stay.
Always High Level
Considering the price and quality, I definetely can say Cheverny is one of the most interesting place to rest in Belo Horizonte. Two minutes walking by the Praça da Liberdade, Located in Funcionarios area, is of course one of the Aparthotel "most wanted" by all the turists that come in Belo Horizonte, especially during the weekends since is really close to the Artesanal fair hosted in Avenida Afonso Pena every Sunday morning.
Convenient
The best cost-benefit I could find when looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights during the World Cup. Room was spacious and clean, although decor was old. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with great variety of fruits, bread etc. Location is OK, not far from the Savassi region. A parking garage is available for around USD 7 a day. Service was good, staff is friendly and helpful.
