This is a very good hotel to stay in. We stayed in it for five days and the service was very good. Breakfast and dinners were appetitive. I recommend it to others for the very good service that provides to it's customers.
The dining room staff is terrific!

This hotel is older but it has all that you would REALLY need for a comfortable stay. Everyone was very kind in their efforts to help us to communicate with them. Many spoke English quite well. The place is clean & the beds in our room were quite comfortable. There are 2 small elevators and an open air lift in front of the hotel that easily gets strollers & wheelchairs into the lobby. We enjoyed 3 meals a day there and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the hotel dining room staff was. They always wanted to be sure that we were happy with our meals and kindly accommodated special diets. Please be aware that although it's not far, it's a bit of a walk from the hotel to the Grotto gates, unlike some hotels that are only a block or two away. That being said, I personally enjoyed the daily walks past the lovely little shops and cafes. It only became difficult when we had to meet up with our group at a certain time at the Grotto. Best advise would be to start out a touch early to be on time for your event.
Nice Location! Careful about locking the doors...

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Location is a short walk away from the Lourdes Sanctuary, with a safe path even late at night. Service was kind and polite. (If you're going to the rosary procession, buy your candles here. Cheapest in the area and lasts the whole night.) Rooms were spacious and we had 2 bathrooms -- quite a pleasant treat! Our room had a good view of the mountains, so serene and peaceful. Be careful though! The room door doesn't close automatically behind you. You HAVE to make sure it's closed before you leave. There was no untoward incident during our stay, but still, you can't be too careful.

I was on a tour/ Pilgrimage to Lourdes and stayed 2 nights here. I had a single room on 5th floor. Hotel is old but clean. Rooms have no a/c so you have to leave your window wide open to get air. Small bathroom with standing shower, single bed, desk, antique hair dryer, good WiFi. Breakfast provided was good, not many choices but satisfactory. Dinner was provided for our group and was very good. It’s about 10 minute walk to the Shrine and there are many shops and restaurants on the way. There is also a small gift shop in the hotel offering 10% discount. It was an adequate hotel but old and few frills.
