This hotel is great for the value. Very clean friendly and helpful staff. Clean and inviting. Food is fabulous and the service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced! Working with them To plan a board meeting next month and I couldn’t be happier

My weekend trip with family was filled with sights of Lubbock Texas. I was kind of concern cause it was my first visit to that state but every where we went people was welcoming and smiling,thanks for the experience

Customer Service was excellent! Updated hotel with a beautiful lobby and great breakfast area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We stayed here for the tech game and was only a 10 min Uber ride. Would stay again. Had an indoor pool though we didn’t use.

This is our third time staying at this Garden Inn and it was, like the first two, excellent. The public spaces are spotless and up to date, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The only hitch was the first morning when we came down for breakfast at 9:05 we discovered that breakfast ends at 9. It would have been helpful had the front desk told us that when we checked in. We got down in time on the second day and the made to order breakfast was very good. This facility is highly recommended.

Wonderful experience—stay and eat there

My wife and I stayed there one night based on reviews that praised this hotel, especially restaurant server, Miguel. Hilton has several different choices in Lubbock but the Garden Inn had an “in hotel” restaurant and reviewers said Miguel was great. We agree!!! From the time we arrived and were checked in by Ryan, then a VERY good dinner in the restaurant served by Case to our breakfast in restaurant served by Miguel. The entire experience was very welcoming, enjoyable with great, very friendly staff—wonderful! If our subsequent visits to Hilton Garden Inn properties are this pleasant, we will always book Garden Inns!!!
