I was extremely disappointed in our experience, and super grossed out. The floors were very dirty, we found dust and dirt and garbage and hair everywhere. The walls and absolutely everything were grimy, especially the bathroom. There was poop on the side of the toilet and floor from the last people that stayed there, and drops of what looked like pee or some other amber colored liquid all over the bathroom walls. Our non smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke. And the window curtains did basically nothing, the room at night was practically as bright as day. I was so grossed out I will never stay at a motel 6 again.

We got the room because my husband needed rest as we had driven all night to get to Lubbock as we had a family member in ICU @ UMC. So with that being said..this is not a place you would want to stay when traveling with a 6 year old daughter if you are not carrying security with you. When I checked into this place there were no vehicles present @3:30 p.m.(should have been my first hint) parking lot was empty only vehicle in this lot was mine. Yes, a pretty cheap place to stay but not secure enough. We were given a room as far away from where we needed to park. When getting into the room chairs were filthy dirty and my husband noticed this right away and told my daughter not to sit on them(yes that dirty)! Restroom door didn't lock and mediocre clean. We could hear people arguing in the other room and had loud music playing in another. Talk about thin walls!! DO NOT STAY HERE as this looks like a hotel for your one hour visit with certain people! When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and said that I should have known within 5 minutes if I wanted to stay or leave!!

My experience at studio 6 was fantastic. I was helped promptly by the gal working at the front desk. Then after seeing my room i was pleased to see a clean and comfortable room for my stay. It had the accomodations i needed and was located very well for my ndeds. Ill recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

This is a no frills motel that offered a spacious room with a kitchen. The furniture was very basic and the room was clean. The king size bed was comfortable. We needed a room at the last minute for a low rate and this met our needs.

Summary: Htighway traffic noise and weak wireless that prohibits using Netflix Really wanted to like this place too... Had requested a quiet room in advance & was put on Marsha Sharp freeway side, and to say the least minimum sound blocking was in mind when they built this place. It seems to be new so the highway was here long before they were. This might seem trivial but after being in Austin I just wanted to spend the evening in watching Netflix. Not possible with the weak signal. The people who work here seem nice enough but my request to change rooms was declined and while I'll skip the details the reason was just not acceptable to me. I really wouldn't have minded a little upchrarge to fix the above problems either but they didn't want to incur a second cleaning fee.
