My room was unacceptable with roaches, foul smell, and in need of serious repair. The pool had rocks in it, crawfish/crawdad crawling around and the water needed the debris skimmed of the top. The management staff keep the outside pool area locked...from the inside of the pool as well. I was unable to locate staff to let me out when I needed to go to the bathroom. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.

Dirty, needs deep cleaned everywhere. Poorly maintained and poorly repaired if repaired at all. Breakfast is bland and mediocre at best. We had to ask multiple times for the breakfast items to be replenished but only waffle mix was.

To whom it may concern,the room was one of the worst rooms I have been in, much less one I slept in. there were bugs (that we took photos of and reported to the front desk) and the room appeared to be unclean (musty odor. i put everything that was in that room in a large trash bag and treated those items the next day when i returned home. Dave, 9we shared the room) was woke by an English Roach on his arm. Not even close to the posted image on your website.

Horrible management. Don’t stay here unless you want to lose money on bad service. Hotel manager was so rude the whole time. Nobody assisted me with any of my problems. Don’t stay here. Don’t stay here.

Food in refrigerator, cup, gum on carpet and crumbs all over floor under chair and tablles. Black bugs crawling on tile in bathroom area. So much noise from construction workers in and out reving engines in the early morning hours and electric trucks parked all over the parking lot
