Exceeded expectations
We stayed one night here and it was perfect. Lovely accommodation and host, location was amazing too. The huge bathtub was a wonderful surprise after a day of walking! Really great value for money, very glad we stayed here.
Excellent
The premises were very clean . Loved our Bedroom as the child part was separate to ours. Breakfast nothing was to much trouble. Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stay. Plenty to drink in the room and would be refilled the following morning. You could use a fridge for any food -Drinks you brought in as extra.
Top!
Everything was better than we expected it. really lovely and very commodious rooms, good breakfast, also for children A useful information map was provided by the hirer. We enjoyed our holidays very much.
Lovely views
Helen is a lovely lady and obviously takes great pride in her accommodation. We stayed in the Blackpool Bridge room which has everything you could want. The only draw back is that the village is a little remote which means driving to the nearest pub/restaurant for your evening meal so someone ( me ) has to be the designated driver. Helen does a lovely cooked breakfast or of course you can have cereal or toast but why would you?! A word of of warning our room had a step down to the bathroom. I got up in the night and being half asleep went base over apex and ended up with some huge bruises. Not ideal having to wear long sleeves in hot weather waiting for them to fade. However that was my fault and we would recommend this b+b.
Really Nice
Good quality comfortable accommodation in lovely surroundings. Room was lovely, clean and with everything you could possibly need. The bed was particularly comfortable. The tea tray & glasses were appreciated. and used. We especially enjoyed being able to sit out in the patio area to enjoy the sunset and the views are truly panoramic. The breakfast was plentiful & well cooked. The area is beautiful and we received a warm welcome not only at the property but everywhere we went. It was a good meal at the Nags Head which is a 10 minute walk away, very friendly people but takes cash only.
