Well it’s difficult to start. The hotel was spotless, the staff exceptional, nothing was too much trouble even during the really busy time of the concerts. This made our weekend away really relaxing. The food at the concert was superb considering the requirements for mass serving, breakfast again was super. We stayed in the top room overlooking the square yet the room was quiet and we slept really well. We will return to this, what we consider, a five star hotel.

We have just returned from a return visit to the Hotel Britannique after a weekend in Maastricht for the Andre Rieu concert. The hotel is exceptionally well kept, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, really comfortable and has fantastic food. Kyona and Tim (who run the hotel) and their staff (who are clearly highly trained in impeccable customer service) are really welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The atmosphere created by the whole team makes you feel so special and totally relaxed and cared for throughout your stay. I can only highly praise every one of them for, yet again, making our stay a truly wonderful experience.

Lovely little hotel, rooms are really well furnished and decor is very tasteful The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed here to watch the Andre Rieu concerts, as guests we were treated to front row terrace seats on Vrijthof. It was perfect to be able to watch the concert while enjoying a good meal and a bottle (or two) of wine. We will almost certainly be coming back next year. Not sure as to what amenities the hotel offers as we were only here for 2 nights, purely to make the most of the opportunity to enjoy the concert.

It’s not a hotel but a restaurant / bar with rooms upstairs. Due to this fact, don’t expect hotel service. The place couldn’t be more downtown and the parking (q-park) is just around the corner (easy to walk). The suite is big (enough) But the little details as fresh bottle of wat every day or clean cups for coffee are not taken care of. When you sleep two nights, it is not cleaned between night 1 and 2. Not sure if we would stay here again, price- service ratio is out of context. Ps. Don’t do breakfast here. Go outside for a real breakfast experience. They are a restaurant, not a breakfast place.

Posh boutique hotel with highly motivated, and friendly staff/owners. Rooms are furnished with taste and very clean. Breakfast is a delight. Staff will bend over backwards to make your stay as perfect as possible
