The Student Hotel Maastricht

I loved my stay at TSH Maastricht. I stayed for 2 weeks and was more than satisfied with everything, from fancy room design to gym equipment to bike rental service. My room was spacious and equipped with a modern kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine!) and a nice bathroom. The stuff is present 24/7, very friendly, professional and always ready to help you out if you need anything. With respect to covid, the hotel has taken all the necessary health and safety precautions (increased frequency of cleaning, strong recommendation to wear face masks in common areas, large abundance of disinfecting gels, ...). The hotel is centrally located as it is only a few walking minutes away from The Markt and the Vrijthof. Grocery stores are within walking distance as well. I honestly highly recommend this place, it is a safe choice when staying in Maastricht.

We loved this hotel. We stayed as a couple with our 8 month old son. Room was big and cozy with a Nespresso machine big pin board with some information about the city. This would be ideal also if you were working in the city for a few days. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. They provided a cot for our son. Every team member we came across was super friendly. They also have great measures for Covid without being over the top. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for €14 for a day - again very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the city so you can explore easily. Also has a super cool roof top bar called Bold and the hotel restaurant was great for breakfast. Definitely choose this hotel again.

My partner and I stayed here for a few day’s on our way through to Switzerland and we had such a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly, funny and helpful, offering us guides for the city and great advice when needed! The decor was so cool and very well done! We had a King Room and it was well worth the price. The bed was so comfy and I’ve never ever experienced a hotel with such soft sheets and duvet, honestly! We were able to rent bikes for the day directly from the lower level of the hotel which was a great idea and they were super accessible and easy to use as well. The rooftop bar was also so beautiful upstairs. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more so thank you to the team for making it such a great stay for us.

I visited this hotel with my family for a city trip and found this a super place. I (and my kids too) really liked how the hotel had gamified the corona measures in a Pac Man game on the floor. The design elements in this hotel are beautifully industrial because the building is a decommissioned factory and you walk right into the city centre in five minutes. Easy parking on the huge parking lot behind the hotel. And the rooftop bar is worth a visit - great views over Maastricht. the kids also loved the lounge net (see picture), pool table and soccer game.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a long weekend in Maastricht. Overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is located a short walk from the city center, spacious rooms, skybar on-site, and a reasonable solution for breakfast, using pre-packed bags, with view on the current situation. Having one elevator to service the entire hotel and the skybar is not ideal, room was not sealed, as advertised, upon arrival. Would consider staying again. TSH seems to provide better value for money compared to most other establishments in the area.
