Staff was very friendly. I was impressed with how thoughtful and helpful, Ms. Wiggins, at the breakfast bar was. She made sure everyone was taken care of. The breakfast was great with quite a variety of choices. The hotel is close to gas stations and restaurants. Easy to get to off of highway. I will stay here again.

It Could Have Had More Heat

We stayed in room 201. It was large and clean and had a very nice hand-held shower head. The TV channels were minimal. We were glad to find they were once again serving hot breakfasts. The only problem was that the wall thermostat could not be set above 73 degrees. We like to warm up our room before retiring and then turn the heat down. There was also no heating vent in the bathroom so the floor was always cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE - We had our bike stolen off a chained and locked rack. The car was parked directly in front of a camera and under a light. When we started asking questions the manager let us know the cameras "dont work" and that they have cars broken into EVERY OTHER NIGHT - you can connect the dots of whats going on here. STAY AWAY!

Stopped at this location since the Hampton had no rooms available. When we got to the room the first thing I noticed was the TV didn’t work. After checking, I found the HDMI cable was not connected. Got that fixed. Next we tried connecting to the internet. Didn’t work. It said it couldn’t find our name and room number even though we were checked in. I didn’t bother working on it further and just used my phone hotspot. When we tried to use the shower, it wouldn’t work. When you pulled up the diverter the water continued flowing into the tub. It was obvious this had been a problem for a while since when you pulled on the diverter the whole wall would bulge out. Obviously people had pulled hard on the diverter trying to get the shower to work. When I told the desk attendant upon checkout that the shower in room xxx didn’t work he just shrugged and said OK. I know now why I stay at Hampton Inns. Don’t bother staying here. Keep driving down the road.

We got to River Place Dr at 7:30 on Sunday evening.The desk person was very upbeat and helpful.We got to our room and the tv didn’t work.We were on the 3rd floor so I went down to report it.Was told no maintenance until Monday morning so we were moved to a room down the hall with a working tv. Both rooms were dark and very cramped. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of linens. The restroom had a small amount of toilet paper on the roll and no back up.The tub hadn’t been cleaned as there were many pubic hairs in it.No shampoo or body wash.The shower head sprayed water out of the shower and flooded the bathroom floor. From now on we will stay at the Hampton inn across the street like we normally do.
