Definitely don’t stay here. Everything was fine after checking in until my girlfriend moved the curtains to close the shades. A swarm of ladybugs (20+) came out. The hotel couldn’t switch our room because they were full but sent housekeeping to vacuum up the bugs. The lady was great but after she left, more ladybugs continued to come out. The final straw was when we also found a stink bug in the room and had to trap it. At this point, the lady bugs had moved from the window to the bed area. We had used the room for a total of four hours before deciding we couldn’t take it anymore. The manager told us that we should expect bugs in the room because the hotel was near the woods. They refused to give us a full refund and still charged us for half a day.

My husband has stayed here for work. During the week, there is a happy hour with apps and beer. We stayed here for a weekend get away. Room was clean. Nice to have a kitchenette. Pool is small, no hot tub. Door leading to outside slams very hard. The lady who checked us in was SO nice (not sure what her name was but she was working 9/16 PM). We felt so welcome as platinum members.

We had a 1 bedroom suite. The space was great but the sofa lounge was more like a kids sleep space. The negative frankly are because I'm picky. The lawn was not mowed and looked like a field. Weeds 2 ft tall cover the plantings. Beer and wine on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday scream if you're an Epic guest we love you but the balance of the week they don't give a sh1t A broken soda and orange juice machines say they have no maintenance budget.

Beautiful clean and modern hotel. Nice service and convenient location. Check in was smooth with pleasant staff. Breakfast was also quite large with many options. Quality stay with lots of places to eat nearby.

Bad Smells and Air Conditioning issues

Elevator and 4th floor halls smelled like weed. As with an increasing number of large chains, this hotel uses air conditioning sensors to shut a/c off if no motion is detected in the room. So, the room is hot when you check in, and may get hot during the night when no motion is detected. And, the thermostat with the A/C doesn't go below 65. With this problems and the relatively high prices, not a good value.
