clean room good size for 3 of us and private bathroom. A little worn but quiet and in a good location not far to walk anywhere and close to a couple of metros. The beds were a little bit hard and overall a little old. nice staff easy to come and go.

The location was great, the stuff was so sweet and welcoming (despite the language barrier), it was clean. You should ask for a room that looks to the street. We stayed there only one night. Good stay for 1-2 nights. In the morning we woken up with a noise that was coming from (I believe) the pipes. And heard the people showering (next room). That said be aware that there is no noise insolation(at least not enough).

Emailed them day before advising that we would be arriving just after 10pm. Received a reply stating 'no problem, 24 hour reception'. Upon arrival the door was locked, no response from the bell push or phone so gave up. Got charged for 'no show'. Found alternative accommodation nearby which cost us an extra 204 euros. Went round following morning. sixth floor of office block. Eventually let in by cleaner. No one else there. Looked extremely dodgy. Do not recommend!!!

We stayed for a single night. The room was showing age, same for the bathroom, and from time to time bad smell came from the pipes. On the bright side, the water pressure was nice on the shower and had no problem with the hot water. Also we asked for a twin room but got a double bed. After some arguing we got the room we asked, upon showing the booking info. Summarizing, it is not the worst place, but 67€ is too much in my opinion even if we are in Madrid.

I made a reservation by web page if this hostal and they said that you can canceled the reservation before 48 hours and they said that they have parking. When I arrived to this place is not look like the picture in their webpage to go inside you must to ring for long time. The front desk that talk with me was very unfriendly and without respect for their guest. When I found out that they weren't what I was looking for I ask for my money back course I did the reservation the day before in the afternoon and this guy told me that he don't give me my money back in a really bad way. I left the place and I rent in another hotel and I lose my money and my time in a city that I don't know.. Please don't reserve in this hostal is the worse place in the world to have a good time!!!!!!!!!!!
