Mix review....
Check in on 15th March, the day receptionist (Lady) who check us in was very polite and kudos for her in making arrangements for obtaining a rental scooter for me. Room size was good and the location was pretty close the main Town. However, was a bit disappointed that a hotel as such is unable to provide an additional pillow when requested. I'll had to roll up the bath towel with the existing pillow provided, to make do...
A good standard choice if you have transport
This property is quite okay for a stopover in Mae Hong Son, but perhaps 1km away from the town centre so better if you have your own transport. Rooms were satisfactory, modern style, but no furniture on the largish balcony which seems a bit odd (why put in a balcony unless you expect people to use it?). No restaurant, which is okay, and no breakfast available (a bit odd given the type of hotel). Staff were a bit bureaucratic, but pleasant enough. Not much soul to the place, but it looked better than the town centre options which we saw.
Nice clean newish hotel
The good stuff is that the staff is friendly and competent in English. The Hotel feels new. The internet works reasonably well, and there is plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the hotel is remote from the downtown area, has no vending machines or restaurant, and some measure of effort is required to connect with the downtown scene or get fed. Lastly, the swimming pool is more of a wading pool with depths of about 1 meter.

Great hotel. Fantastic value for money. Big rooms 15 min walk to town. Nice and quiet location. No dining facilities that we were aware of small swimming pool should you feel the need to cool off.reasonably comfortable beds.worth every penny
solid value
You cannot go wrong with a standard chain hotel like B2. For only 500 baht you are presented with a handsome and modern room equipped with all the modern faculties and toiletries you would need - a comfortable bed, clean sheets, a modern and functional bathroom, etc. I must say, however that I struggled with the AC all night. I found it either too warm or cold and couldn't hit the 'sweet spot'. Also, I hate it when the AC is centered right over the bed so you cannot escape the cold draft coming on to you. Perhaps this was the problem for me. However, the hotel itself is a high value experience and with an attractive hotel swimming pool this simply adds to the experience. This hotel also has a 'newness' feel to it which is nice. If it wasn't for the AC frustration, I'd give this place a higher rating.
