We are a family of 10 adults occupying 5 rooms, 4 of them were inadequately supplied with essentials. When bathroom tissue was requested, it was not available from front desk. Fortunately we brought our own tissues from the van. Large visible door gaps in 2 rooms with warning of mosquitoes from bellboy, our rooms were next to fish pond), we improvised with towels. Internet was very slow, answer from front desk was the technician will be back to repair in few days! This hotel caters meetings and offers breakfast for large group with a fee (without staying). There were close to 100 people from 2 big buses at 8 am when we were there, we ran into each other and scrambled for food On the plus side, more selection of free breakfast for guests that morning I told front desk there was a cockroach in the bathroom we saw that morning, not sure if she cared or documented it It is not worth paying about $60-$70 a night when we were there, we could have stayed elsewhere for less and better service My overall score is 4/10 for this hotel and would not recommend it

We spent three nights here with our son and his family, six in all. Very comfortable, friendly and welcoming staff, and lovely food including a great breakfast included in the daily tariff. Apart from the pool, there is little to do at the resort for children. Like many places in Thailand there is no playground and no other facilities to keep small children occupied. Lovely well maintained gardens. Very handy to the Royal gardens, and the golden triangle. Good level of spoken English.

Stayed a few nights recently on my Chiang Rai holiday. Nice and quiet place between Chiang Rai and Mae Sai (on border). Each room is in a bungalow type arrangement. Rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Not 5 star by any means but well worth what we paid. The location was best for our sightseeing itinerary. Breakfast was quite good and had several open buffet options to suit both western and Asian tastes. It was a bit noisy when we arrived due to a large Chinese tour group staying there but the noise did subside before 8pm. Good value for money and nice gardens

We were following the Gold triangle tour, and this hotel/resort was included. Very nice resort, with a nice pool. We had a bungalow as we were with 3 persons, and these bungalows are spacious as well as the bathroom, which included a bath tub and a shower. Airco was working very well as well as the free wifi. The food during dinner is great. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, as most of the guests were Thai, so the focus is on Thai guests. But nevertheless, no complaints.

Decent hotel for the price paid and if you plan to visit Doi Tung in the morning

Paid less than 50$ for a room with breakfast and it proved to be very good. A hotel to stay if you plan to visit Doi Tung. It's around 15km or 30 minutes from Doi Tung. I stayed as I planned to visit Doi Tung in the morning. Room was spacious (the lead in Superior villa was about 40 sqm I guess) Room came with bathtub and rain shower. (reliable hot water available - important if you come in winter where the climate is 10c) They have heated swimming pool and tiny fitness. Breakfast was buffet with nice selections. Staff is friendly. Worth every $ paid. (Wi Fi is free, speed is ok)
