Disgusting attitude - anti-client oriented
Booking this hotel i pointed our that arrival time is 21-22. Unfortunately as a result of 2 hours long line passport control in Malpenza we artived at hotel near 0:00. And we received a very strict refusal in staying because we are late for 1 hour and check in was ended at 23-00. That was done in caddish and disrespectful manner. We didn't know what to say on that. That was so absolutely unexpectedly. No any proposals what to do, where to go, etc. We had to stay on streets of Milan all night because all another hotels which we found were overbooked. I will claim this rule of this hotel because it violates principles of good faith, reasonableness and common bussiness customs.
Quiet and clean
To be honest, after reading all the bad reviews I was wary about booking this place, but the price and location prevailed so... The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood near a metro station, and we found it easily. Check-in was fast and the ``set of rules`` some people frightened me with, turned out to be - asked to roll down the window shutters when we leave our room. What`s so bad about that? We had no problem coming in at night. I heard nobody shout throughout our 2- night stay. The room was on the ground floor. It was spacious enough, clean and comfortable with a garden view. We didn`t have breakfast there so I can`t comment. Every person of the staff we met was polite, helpful and- English speaking. For the price we paid in Milan, I rate excellent.
It's OK!
This hotel is OK only if you plan on staying in Milan for a couple of nights. It's at a good location and it's cheap. Make sure you don't have any more expectations! It doesn't have an elevator, so brace yourselves.
The most rude owners
The most rude owners .they scream in the phone. They done listen .I don't know how they keep there business. Better sleep on the road if you don't have other option. Unprofesionals. They need both of them help for anger management. Stay away for this hotel
Ужасный отель
We book these hotel for 4 nights because they have lowest prices and we have no time to looking forward. We traveling a lot around the world, and first time in my live we are faced with such terrible attitude to clients. Owner start give us behaviour rules from the first minute of staying and keep doing it all 4 days. Also they have long list of rules at every place inside hotel and rooms. They took keys from our car, explaining that they need to move it all the time, another way you can not park inside. Like a final we find scratches on the car, good that we have insurance. Rooms was dark(only one dim bulb). Bad condition of the room, bad smell. We live on the first floor, cleaning start from 7a.m. and voice isolation is zero, they talk, laughing, moving furniture, so it’s very noisy over there, and no reaction to our comments to be more quite . We ask for the remote controller from the A/C(its include in the description), but the owner tell that we need to pay 5 Euro per day to use it and no fan inside. Same was with hairdryer and iron, it’s took 30 minutes conversation to take it for 5 minutes and after you need to bring it back. Evening time you can not take it. If you came back after 00:00 they close entry door, but owners don’t give you keys ( and you can not take keys from the room outside), so you need ring noisy bell, and some times wait for 15-20 minute, and if you go out after these time, feeling and hearing bad emotions and words from owners. Generally personal is very unfriendly: if we ask something, they tell us that it’s one star hotel and we need to falling they rules. Milan is beautiful place, but we still have bad felling and memories about Hotel Bicocca. My recommendation: find another hotel for your staying.
