Lovely hotel with great staff
Just returned from a 7 night break during these strange covid times. Despite the limitations of the current environment (masks etc), and the fact some of the facilities were closed (e.g. gym), we had a great time. Lovely hotel with superb grounds and a swimming pool big enough for proper swimmers (not me!). The cherry on the icing on the cake are the staff particularly the waiters and waitresses. Wonderfully helpful they couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A 10 minute walk into the beautiful village of Deia with it's fabulous architecture and superb views of the area. If not hiring a car the local bus stops close to the hotel taking you to Soller, Valdemossa and Palma. We look forward to returning under more normal circumstances!
Lovely break in a jewel of a hotel
Booked this at short notice post Covid Lockdown. Not the first time we have been here but even better than before. The hotel has adopted all necessary Covid health suggestions and they have done it very well from disinfecting footwear to even sterilising your room key before it’s given to you. The buffet breakfast has had to be stopped but it’s fine as you made your selection the night before and it’s delivered to your table The pool has social distancing measures which means more room between loungers etc The has been a significant refurbishment and if you can stay in a mountain view with balcony room I would suggest that (5th floor) as refurbished and very nice All in all a great and safe stay I would also like to thank all the staff for their great attitude during this crisis. No hesitation in recommending
Outstanding & Thoughtful Service
These are strange times to be travelling but the staff could not do more to help us stay safe and relaxed. Cleaning, distancing and care about food and drink preparation is so thoughtful. Masks have to be worn unless at a table or by the pool but it’s no problem, and a good reminder. Breakfast is pre-ordered, everything else is from QR codes. The hotel grounds are as beautiful as they were 4 years ago when we stayed here but the investment and card that’s gone into refurbing some of the communal areas and rooms. They are fantastic. I could not recommend the Es Moli more highly to stay right now or anytime in the future.
Stunning location
Just spent 11 nights at Es Moli and cannot recommend it highly enough. Great facilities with outstanding pool and gardens meticulously looked after. Even though we stayed at the end of the season all staff were helpful friendly and professional without exception. At 10 minute walk into Deia with a large selection of restaurants and a couple of bars. Our room was large comfortable and bed was very comfy. Room service was excellent being cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold items. Lovely hotel to stay at Thanks.
Beautiful location, great comfort and lovely staff
My friends and I stayed for one night during our GR221 hike from Valldemossa to Deia. After 6 hours walk this was the perfect stop to recover and relax. We had no reservation, but the staff could not be more accomodation from the minute we walked in until we left in the morning on the way to their private Cala...who knew! We shall be back.
