we stayed there for a week for a business trip, 2 rooms, we arrived there 8 AM after a 31 our flight from the US with stop, we booked it and notified that will arrive early and want to check in early, they staff refused us to go in the room after bagging for 2 hours they let us in the room the manager i will not write here her name was so tribal bad to us, she treated us as we arrived not like a human being, we tried going to a different hotel she told us we will lose our money, we paid over $1,600, she was holding us like at gun point, we should wait there till 2 PM in the lobby, we are going every 4 weeks, the next month we are staying at the Peninsula Manila, we don't trust them anymore, besides that everything was fine, we were burly there we went to our manufacturer all day for business, i guess if you have a problem you are in a problem there without running being able to away, besides if your willing to lose your money to go elsewhere

I'M Hotel is a place that gave us style and elegance. What I enjoyed from this place is the staff's high attention to requests and all of them were very friendly. The pool was stylish, Onsen spa was a great experience, and the gym was suberb! Antidote was closed during our visit but Ive heard that Makati skyline looks spectacular from the bar - so, we will see next time! - MSM

Hotel is so convenient and great location and good value for price as American but the breakfast should be a buffet. The room service staff are the best and front desk are so nice and helpful. Pool needs some lounge chairs in the Sun area to sit on. Nice pool but not much sun during the day.

I think I expected more since it's a 5 star hotel. Our stay was okay, but not great. I think they are also short staffed? Like no one assists in the parking area, elevator area, etc. Staff are nice, though.

Everything is fine except for the shower. I booked a room with a bath tub so we could relax with a warm bath after a long ride from the province. Unfortunately did not enjoy the stay here mainly because of this. Hotel staffs are hospitable though.
