Great hotel for family, deluxe room with bathtub jacuzzi

I stayed in a Deluxe Room with an extra bed. Size of the room was just nice for a family. The bathroom was big and surprisingly comes with a jacuzzi bathtub. At first it was not working, nevertheless, with the assistance from the Maintenance/ Technical Manager and staff, it worked. Facilities of this hotel was not bad too. All were fine except for the sauna was closed. Parking at 2nd and 3rd floor are sufficient and convenient, accessible by lift. 4 lifts were working. No problem on lift waiting time. Reception can be better.

Great to stay here! excellent! This place very nice to stay and very comfortable. im recommended this place for vacation with family, couple and solo. The hotel has friendly and kind staff. Im very satisfied with service provided

Melacca was a nice place to have a holiday activity. I was having a pleasant time with my family there. The SOP during the covid19 outbreak was good. Walking distance to the river was also a plus point. Surely will come again without doubt.

Overall room good but the breakfast was same everyday and the coffee tasteless and not worth it for money . They should improve on this. Coffee cups not available. Choice of food very less. Overall i will give 7/10 for room , breakfast 4/10

btw i am currently in bayview for 3 nights stay. the room is very large. it is affordable with the size. the hospitality is great. tq for the kind staff that assist my wife during check in as the room is book under my name but i was unable to check in myself to perform friday prayer. the furniture is old but it it not an issue as it is clean and well maintained. the room also bright with full large window. definitely will stay again because of the room, hospitality and the bargain price. side note: please have kids chanel it will be plus point
