Everything was excelent

Reviewed 19 january, 2023

I said in this hotel in January, from the booking experience to the stay everything was perfect. Between my booking and my arrival, i had a bereavement, the staff there (Alvaro) was so empathetic and modified my booking wihtout me having to worry about anything. When I stayed, it was my birthday, I got a gift from them wiht a lovely note. They deeply care about their customers, something that is not often there! The hotel itself is clean, beds are very comfortable, the slide is fun! The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location great too. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in good location

Stayed 4 nights in this nice hotel that is located next to Main railway station so it was really easy to travel to near by cities every day. Distance to the old town was close enough too. Everything was perfect from reception staff to a room decoration. They offer really good breakfast with amazing range of food from smoothies and health drinks to pastries aso. I'll definitely consider this hotel also next time visiting Malaga area !

Barcelo bueno

Reviewed 14 january, 2023

Just back from a lovely weekend in Malaga staying here in the Barcelo. Easy access by train from the Airport, quick, courteous check-in, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Nice albeit small rooftop pool and terrace with sunbeds and a bar area (although bar wasn't open when we went up there). It's not the most scenic area of the city but the convenience of the railway station immediately adjacent makes up for this and it is only a 10 minutes walk into the old City. Malaga was a revelation to us having not visited for over 25 years. Excellent restaurants and bars, lots of shopping options, a great mix of history and culture and then add in the port area and beaches and you have just about everything. Oh and the weather was superb. We will be back and will stay in the Barcelo again.

Best hotel to stay in Malaga

Reviewed 14 january, 2023

Just returned from a Monday to Friday break with my wife. Hotel immaculate. The cleanest friendliest hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was amazing,, again the best buffet breakfast we have had. Varied choice and everything so fresh. The room had a good view, and the shower was amazing with all the jets. Will be returning when next visiting Malaga.
