Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this fabulous hotel. The food, accommodation and general surroundings are to the highest standards, Staff are wonderful. it is located within an easy 10 minute walk from the old town. Wonderful to have a fabulous pool and beach so close to the city centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location. Excellent service! The 2 concierges I dealt with (Daniel and Jose) were absolutely impressive. Incredible dedication to help, both before my arrival, booking everything for us, and while there. A real treat to have such an amazing service!
The hotel is not enough to warrant 5 stars it needs the whole package.

The hotel is lovely and it’s in a good location. The foyer was filled with very attentive staff willing to help everywhere but that’s where it stops. The rooftop bar managed or run by one guy who we had to go and find to ask for more drinks not very attentive at all. We ordered the cheese platter at 15 euros it’s listed as cheese from the adulucia area with fruit and nuts and bread. That entails 6 very small thin triangles of cheese and 2 little squares of cheese, 3 grapes and 4 walnuts and a small amount and I mean small crystallised fruit and loads of dry bread and lots of crackers. Far too much bread and crackers for the 2bites of cheese which we had no idea what they were. You would get more of a taste at a deli offering free samples. Very dry and tasteless. Then on to the breakfast 25euros for the buffet and 32 for room service. We hate buffet breakfast it’s tepid and it you don’t eat when buffet opens it’s been sitting there and dried. We opted for room service expecting to get freshly cooked. Everything was just plated from the buffet and brought to room. The eggs as you’d expect sitting for a while the bacon dried and the tomatoes dried and the beans tepid. All served on cold plates put in trolley so not warm even by the time they got to room. The tea was tepid the toast had barely seen any heat. You don’t get butter but 4 pots of jams and 2 bottles of olive oil ( cheap olive oil in plastic bottles) what you do with them I don’t know. It stated English sausage on the menu what you get is a raw looking sausage cut into pieces again I assume from the buffet. The condiments are limited salt sachets and 2 peppers. A plate of cakes which I was surprised to see 2halves of a cookie. I phoned reception as I asked on the form for eggs to be well done they quickly sent 2up which were piping hot. Whilst waiting I opted for some beans on dry toast bread I couldn’t finish it, it was cold before I could. I then phoned up and said how terrible the breakfast was and how disappointed we were. Someone came to the room and near on argued with me that it was fresh and not from the buffet. A few times she stated when I picked up that it’s come from the buffet she was determined to tell me it was fresh. I agreed it was fresh some of it at 7 when the buffet opened but nothing brought to my room was cooked for us freshly apart from said eggs. She did I feel, argue with me so much for the customers right and she did offer to redo the trolley but by this time the moment had been spoilt. A 5 star hotel tells me you won’t get better a tepid breakfast buffet or room delivered is not 5 star. For the price it spoilt a lovely stay in a lovely hotel that cannot be put right and should not of happened. It was only when I said I’m happy to pay for the breakfast I just want you to know how terrible it was that she seemed to quieten down. I believe she thought I was looking to not pay for it as we had picked at it and before finishing she carted the trolley off. In hindsight I should if asked for the whole thing to be replaced with hot food freshly cooked. I expect more in a 5 star so be aware no buffet breakfast in the world is 5 star.

We have just returned from a short break to Malaga and spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. Our deluxe room (526) was spacious, beautifully decorated and kept immaculately clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful with nothing being too much trouble for any of them, and the guys at the concierge desk provided us with maps of the city and ideas of places to visit. Despite it being November, we visited the rooftop bar each evening - again with nothing being too much trouble for any of the staff on duty. As my husband left his kindle on our flight out from Manchester, the staff on the concierge desk went above and beyond to locate said kindle and we collected it from the Jet 2 desk in Malaga airport on our return to the uk yesterday. Thank you all for a fantastic break to your beautiful hotel and we hope to visit again very soon.

A dream hotel in stunning Málaga. It is breathtaking, but what really makes one’s heart melt are the wonderful people working in it. It is a breathtaking hotel. From the moment you walk in, the warmth, the care, the hospitality is palpable. Way before we arrived we were in touch with Guillermo González Duty Manager Recepción / Front Desk Duty Manager / Front Desk Manager. He is the most caring and professional gentleman. This was our 3rd time at this marvelous property and we have build a relationship with him. Guillermo’s demeanor is warm, and is a true professional. We were so looking forward to our arrival, we stayed 5 nights. When we arrived, Guillermo had placed a beautiful card in our room commemorating our anniversary as he remember that this was when we were celebrating it. He included a beautiful bottle of bubbly, we were just in heaven. Thank you Guillermo! He noted how important this journey was for us. We cannot commend him enough. No doubt, that we will be back and forth and a fifth… time. Other wonderful commendations are for Alvaro, Oscar in the Front Desk. We were so taken by their wonderful care for us. These are exceptional professionals. There are so many names that we wish we could remember from the Front Desk. The entire Bellman department was incredible also, especially Alvaro, who went out of his way to deliver outstanding care. The Bellmen is so hospitable and kind. Their warmth, smiles, their thoughtfulness, their advise of where to go and what to do was just superb. Victoriano and Daniel at the Concierge desk were terrific and very generous with their time. Jorge Altolaguirre, Rooms Division Manager very attentive and we look forward to staying in touch with him. In housekeeping, Yolanda took care of us each day and made our gorgeous room beautiful so that when we came back each day we would feel so happy. She works so hard, and is constantly smiling, she made us feel like we were at home. A beautiful professional. Our comments come from experience as we have traveled to over 150 countries around the world, many of those countries over and over and we have stayed at the best hotels everywhere. The hospitality that we had at this incredible hotel was beautiful. We so look forward to the next time! The location, the views, the proximity to so much is ideal.
