Hotel Ravesi is in the middle of a tiny little village with some good restaurants nearby and there is a beautiful walk down to the rocky beach. The hotel itself is small and intimate and they put on an extraordinary spread of food in the late afternoon to enjoy with your cocktails. The rooms are simple and elegant and the staff are really down to earth and helpful. We took taxis from the main port of Salina and went on a boat trip to Stromboli from the Malfa port. We stayed there with our teenage boys who used the pool and loved the view over to the other islands. I would go back to Hotel Ravesi in a heartbeat!
Just Perfect!
We spent our last 2 days of our aeolian holiday in Malfa at Hotel Ravesi and it was the best thing we could have done! The view, the swimming pool, the food made fresh by Mrs Ravesi (the owner of the family run beautiful Hotel), the people... everything was just perfect - above and beyond every expectation. Totally recommended!
Gorgeous hotel
Everyone so friendly, beautiful gardens, view across the sea to Stromboli,on the edge of the village, so lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful horizon swimming pool, not huge but adequate. Comfortable rooms. Lovely buffet breakfast. Although not registered as a restaurant, lunch is available, cooked by the owner. We loved our stay here.
A beautiful setting!
The hotel and grounds are amazing with a beautiful view of erupting Stromboli. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and very helpful. The pool is area is very calm and includes an infinity pool overlooking the sea. A real gem of a place!
Our favorite place in Italy
Malfa is a peaceful and laidback town and this hotel is the perfect place to enjoy it while on the island of Salina. There are spectacular views of the sea and Stromboli and Panarea from the infinity pool deck. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace and there will be no reason to leave. Everything is homemade and no detail is forgotten. They also serve delicious lunches and the bar serves great wine and cocktails with an Aeolian twist. The staff are helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about things to do if you must. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel.
