A Good beachfront view hotel with terrible bathroom Check in on may 16 from our trip from the island, Started the check in process quite fast the concierge and security super helpful with sincere smile. There was 2 elevator but only 1 can operate we have to waited to get in to the room. The room quite small but still ok the problem is the room pretty dark only 1 main light and side lamp will show you on the photo i take. Get in to the shower there was soap dispenser for 2 in 1 shampoo and bath soap but theres nothing left there. Tried to pump the dispenser still got nothin. I think for the budget hotel this was horrible The toilet door cant be lock from inside, the door lock was glued into the door with silicon rubber. Hope the management could do better on maintaining the facilities.

Located right at the business center, everything is fine, standard city hotel, it's just the loud music of the clubs around that bothers me, really loud i couldnt even sleep. you can choose between the sea view and the city view both are nice.

This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

I checked in late around 11PM and hoping to get a good night rest because I have morning flight to catch. Since it was near the beach and shopping area closed already I thought should be peaceful. Instead it was not peaceful at all. The room no hot water and water pressure is terrible. The bathroom door could not be locked (broken) noises from outside sounds very loud. It was not a quite room at all. I basically could not sleep all night until my time to check out. I asked for extra pillow, I had to call 3 times to get it and it took an hour to get it delivered to my room. I would never stay in that hotel again for sure.

We arrive at 10 am and been told to come back after 2 pm for check in, fine. We left the bags at the concierge. Check in was done at 4 pm and we were given a room at the 6th floor. Entering the room we notice the bed linen were stained, the pillow covers also stained, hair on the bathroom and a someone spit on the floor. Disgusting.... clearly the room wasn't properly clean. After complaining at the reception they gave us another room. Worst experience ever in an Hotel in Manado. I work here and I visited many hotel/guesthouses in the city even of lower level and never happened to find spit on the floor. Cleaning service is done by few young boys clearly not up to the job... managment didn't check. Will never come back, avoid this hotel in Manado.
