Best Hotel in Manaus!!

Reviewed 17 january, 2021

Absolutely one and only hotel in terms of everything: The view (we had a room centrally viewing the Opera), The pool with also view on the Opera, Food (great breakfasts and dinners) and the staff - especially Ladies working at the reception. Talice - you are amazing!! thank you for your help <3

Nice but Disappointing

Reviewed 2 january, 2021

I booked this hotel for 7 of us hoping to experience the grandeur of the old days of this hotel. Unfortunately, aside from the outside architecture (the yellow building part), inside it is completely modernized, leaving no trace of its past glory. The atmosphere is cold, service is not up to the level management wishes to achieve. Rooms are nice but not above any other hotel. My husband loves “caipirinha” and he said he had the most expensive and the worse of his life time. The pool on the roof top is the best part of the hotel with a magnificent view of the Amazonas Theater. Another good point is the breakfast. If you choose the “all” option, a whole buffet of goodies comes to your table - unfortunately it may be a waste as there’s no way anyone could fit all that in a human stomach. If too much for you, I suggest you sending back, otherwise, it will be thrown away, sadly. Luckily for us, we were able to pack in napkins to bring with us to the airport, as the day we left there was a government order to close all restaurants due to the virus. Suggestion to management: provide “doggy containers” to your clients. Everywhere else do this courtesy. Packing everything in napkins and gathering room plastic bags was quite embarassing.

Não perca seu dinheiro!

Reviewed 26 november, 2021

Sabe a piscina? Comida do restaurante? Vem fria, pasme! caríssima e qualidade baixa. Não perca seu dinheiro. Que arrependimento!

Vale o que cobra

Reviewed 16 november, 2021
