We just came to a meeting of friends and we came across a delicious and diverse regional breakfast, with typical dishes of the region. The service was amazing, well prepared and helpful staff leaving us in a very cozy and fun environment.
Best breakfast in Manaua
Just perfect! The food are well prepared, the juices are just amazing a lot types of bread, fruits, cereals and they have a fish soup that is just perfect. Also the staff are very friendly I really recommend this place. Yummy!!! I love it 😍

Eu e meus dois filhos (16 e 13 anos), ficamos uma semana no Novo Hotel. A acomodação é confortável e o serviço de quarto eficiente. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e fazem agente se sentir valorizados e ‘cuidados’. Queremos agradecer a atenção e o carinho especialmente do Julio e da Viviane na recepção e do Sr João Bosco e Sr Petronio do restaurante! Eles fizeram a nossa estadia ainda mais especial! O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e abundância. A comida do almoço e jantar também são deliciosas! Uma semana passou voando. Simplesmente não queríamos ir embora; e com certeza voltaremos em breve! .....::..... We (my sons and I) stayed in Novotel for a week. The rooms are comfortable and the room service is very efficient. The staff is extremely nice, kind, attentive and looked after us very well! We would like to thank in particular Julio and Viviane from the reception desk and Mr Joao Bosco and Mr Petronio from the restaurant. They have certainly made our staying even more pleasurable! The breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of food, ie fruit, bread, cakes and hot food. Lunch and dinner were equally good! One week wasn’t enough. We really hope to go back soon! Downgraded ?!? Seriously ?
I am a Platinum Accor hotel guest and I have booked a suite. When I arrived for check-in, the suite was no longer available and I have been downgraded to a standard room, without a specific word of excuse or an explanation. What kind of hotel does that to their most loyal customers ? That being said, the hotel is a standard Novotel, providing the type of service you can expect from this category of hotel (there is no luxury hotel available in Manaus). Nothing special positive or negative to report.
