My daughter stayed most often in this hotel. Very strategic location since she just needs to cross the street going to her university. For a standard room booked , it was spacious enough. Adequate wifi speed. Tv with cable channels. Cool AC temperature. Option of room service. Bathroom amenities. And a fully stocked mini bar , although 24 hour convenience stores are just outside. The huge Robinsons Manila location is a big plus. Breakfast buffet serves different options daily. Housekeeping, security , coffeeshop and front desk personnel are polite. Only drawback was the absence of a swimming pool. Other than that , this is one great value for money hotel .

Our room was not ready by 3pm because they decided to put us on a room that I didn’t book for. The room that I initially booked/reserved for was done 2 months prior to our arrival. Now, the manager on duty said that the air conditioning for the room I asked for isn’t working properly since a day before we arrived and he hopes that it will be fix by tomorrow or the next day. The room that they offered us instead was not ready because they were still cleaning. Also, the alternate room was way too small for our family and I know this because 3 years ago we stayed in the same room, which is why I didn’t book this room again and opted for a bigger one. I told him that, and that I’m sorry but I can’t accept that room. We need a bigger one that’s why I booked the “loft room”. He said he will find other room. By 3:45pm no one was updating us about our room, the manager and the front desk were just talking and standing behind the desk. I approached them and it was just like we just met. He just repeated the same thing he said an hour ago. I was really trying my best to remain calm because my two children are with me and are witnessing the customer service. I demanded a room that I booked 2 months in advance, I even called them two days ago to confirm and they said everything was ready. Finally he said he found one and he give us a tour inside the room, it’s their “executive room”. It’s big, had a good size bed and the air conditioning is cold but it shows the age of it and really needed a renovation. Then he showed me how much that room was and explained that I needed to PAY that amount (which was way more than the room I initially booked 2 MONTHS AGO) without hesitation. There was another lady there who I believe is in a higher position, and after the three of us just staring at each other for a few seconds I said, “are you guys are for real? After waiting here WAY past my check in time you want us to 1) hassle the next day and move to my original room I booked after the fixing the airconditioning and 2) you want us to pay more than I initially asked for two months ago? Is this our fault that your air conditioning is not working? I guess the lady in a higher position realized I will not budge then she said “ it’s okay! But to clear up, once the loft airconditioning is fixed you’re still going to move there? I said “of course that’s what I booked!” Then they processed my transaction charging me what I booked. Then the next day before we left the hotel to do what I planned for 2 years, I asked the front desk how’s the loft room and she said we will call you once the airconditioning is fixed. They messaged us around 6pm that the room is ready, we told them to turn on the AC to test it . They said the AC is been working and everything is good. We cut short our dinner and rushed over there. When we came back, I asked the lady in the front desk once more if the AC is cold and fix and twice she said “YES Ma’am”. We rushed to pack and put all together our things including the items we just bought for everyday use because we’re staying here for 9days. The “loft” room is about 3minute walk away from the main building. We walked on the side of the road with all our bags on us and the two bell boys rolling our 6 luggage on the road. It’s very hot, even the lobby is very hot. Once we open the door there’s a moldy smell and it’s super hot, even with both ACs on. I still give them a chance ,we waited about 30-45mins sitting on the stairs because there’s AC facing on it that’s blowing very little cold air. Then, my husband notice the dead lock on the door is not working. After the maintenance checked it he said the lock and the door frame are not matching. There’s a big gap between the hole and the lock. I called the front desk, I was talking to the same guy from yesterday and I told him that the maintenance said there’s no way to fix the lock without taking out the frame and I told him the AC is still not cold, instead it’s blowing warm air. His answer about the lock was that there is a security guard and cameras pointing on our door so it should be safe then proceeded to ask if I need more electric fans to help the AC situation to get cold. OH MY!!! What kind of management do they have? Are they really for real of the solutions they giving to me? Im still calm to ask him can we just go back to our first room because this room is NOT Acceptable! He said “ oh that room is booked for incoming guest”. I’m already shaking asking him “ so you think it’s okay for me to stay in this room and make my kids suffer for 9days without air conditioning and security? I paid for a room to make our vacation miserable? I even BEGGED him not to do this to us. All I’m asking is to give me what I booked for 2 months. ..At the end of the day they let us return and stay to the first room. It was about 8:45pm at this point. With all the lies and suffering we’ve been through, I wish and pray that no one will experience what we’ve been through. We didn’t get any extra service or complementaries if anyone’s wondering. Not because we declined it but because there’s no initiative or offer from them just “pasensya na po”(sorry). Well, all I wanted in the end is what I booked but what I received was a lot of hassle and very bad experience and customer service. There’s an another male manager that tried to talk to us right at the time we’re leaving as we’re hopping to our taxi going to the airport. He began apologizing for what happened on our first day and said to let him know if we plan to make another booking in the future.

Everything in this hotel is remarkable. When you arrive you will be greeted by a manager named Abie Delos Reyes who will personally make sure your needs are tended to. The rooms are truly premium, pleasant and comfortable.

The room is big and comfortable. The staff are very accomodating. I like the environment it's very clean. But how I wish there is swimming pool in the hotel. Also we did not avail the breakfast buffet because it's a little bit pricey.

Everything is so goood, all the staffs are very professional, courteous and kind. Even those who assist us, including the guard. Super sulit nabitin kami but hopefully soon mas matagal ang bookinh namin. But sad thing is pagirapan sa parking coz first come first serve basis lang siya. Sana magkaroon ng parking pa na malapit lan)z
