Great experience
Was refreshing to come into this establishment and be greeted warmly and friendly! With all that’s going on in this world today you never know. The grab and go breakfast was a nice surprise. Keep up the great work!
Casino trip
Room toosmall TV too high light bulb went out in bathroom bed was too small needed two beds room was for one person would consider coming back but would need a bigger room location was close to casino
Great experience
Microtel staff were friendly. Prices very reasonable for the excellent quality of hotel. Covid precautions in place and followed by all staff. Housekeeping did an excellent job with sanitization. Room was very clean upon check in. Will definitely be coming back to stay at Microtel the next time I’m in the area. Great job!
Clean and reasonably priced
While visiting Manistee, we decided to stay at this hotel It was newer and looked good with high reviews. The service was good, our room was nice and clean, and the hotel was quite. We did get "breakfast" in the morning: nutrigrain bar, muffin, pastry, and fruit cocktail were put in a bag for us.
Small but clean
I have never seen a smaller hotel room in my life. But at least it was clean and nice . And since we only sleep there and don't spend any time in the room, it was just fine. It was newly remodeled and had a microwave, a frig, and coffee machine.
