Awesome place
Friendly helpful staff, place looks and smells clean, room was clean and sanitized very well. Inexpensive stay and budget. We will definitely be staying at this hotel in future. Close to exit and nice restaurants around in walk-in distance.
Sleeping
They have wonderful place to sleep. Staff is always having a wonderful attitude. No swimming pool. That's the only one debbie downer. Rates are terrific. Perfect location very close to the nearby Movie Theater.
Clean and comfortable
Stayed here for a quick overnight stay. Staff was super nice and accommodating! Breakfast was delish- scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, drinks. Everything was clean and pretty quiet. Would stay again if I’m the area. Bed was comfortable- only negative, the shower pressure was lacking.
An average property for a budget stay
The Quality Inn Manitowoc is a smaller, 47-room hotel that provides a budget alternative to the adjacent Holiday Inn Manitowoc. If you're taking in a conference at the Holiday Inn and it's filled or too pricey, then the Quality in is your go-to alternative because you can just walk across the parking lot. It is located near I-43 in a suburban commercial development area. It doesn't offer much in the way of amenities. There is a small exercise room, but no pool or hot tub. We found it clean and in good repair; the hallway carpeting is either fairly new or meticulously clean -- and we find plenty of properties where that is not the case. Rooms are fairly small, in our view -- but plenty large enough for a comfortable stay. Rooms include a refrigerator and microwave. The overall design of the building is very basic. It not a place to go for a romantic weekend. We found the WiFi to be essentially flawless, which is a biggee. The lobby serves as the breakfast room with the usual fare, but there is complimentary coffee 24/7, which nets a bonus point. In summary, it fulfills the brand promise.
Great stay
Quality Inn was very reasonably priced. The hallways and rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy! Also a nice quiet location! Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, donuts, muffins, cereal etc. Being on a low carb diet .....we appreciated the eggs and sausage. We will definitely stay here again if we pass this way.
