Great Mini Vaca
The location of the hotel was awesome, close to things yet not the busiest area! Rooms were spacious and very clean! The staff were all very helpful and I just loved Cassidy, what a great help! The buffet breakfast had so many choices and healthy ones that made us very happy! Great place to stay and I am completely satisfied with AmericaInn.
Nice experience
Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty. Was a little surprised by the small-ish room considering the web said it was deluxe but overall a great experience for my first time. Will definitely go back!
Nice clean hotel
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean, it looked like it was recently remolded. We will definitely stay here again. We didn't use the pool or have the breakfast that is included with your stay.
Customer Service and Property Excellence
This wintry weekend in Mankato was made excellent thanks to the care and attention of Cassidy. The hotel was full! But she managed my room switch, pool access, storing some luggage and topping it all off with a family photo. She even kept in touch throughout the day and got us back in early. I never like to be THAT guest, but when I am, it's refreshing to be taken care of. We will be back.
Outstanding staff and management
I have stayed at this hotel for over 15 years. The rooms are always very clean, great breakfast, super helpful staff. I work for the American Red Cross Blood Services. We needed a place to hold a blood drive in October and December and AmericInn management was very accommodating by providing the site. This greatly helped us collect the units of blood needed. Thank you for your support!
