On beach front,near bars and shops ,stunning location and fabulous staff ! Clean modern hotel and very clean room and was kept immaculately clean throughout the holiday ,staff can’t do enough for you nothing was a problem ,are rebooking as we speak!

Had a fab time at the hotel, I felt very safe here temperatures are taken, they sanitiser everywhere. My room was cleaned every day except one, but this was my own fault as I did leave the do not disturb light on doh!! The staff in the hotel make you feel very welcome. The restaurant is separate from the hotel but it is just outside the hotel the waiters here are the best. The food is lovely, reasonable & they do the best latte's ;-) See you all again soon X Read less

My partner and me stayed here in October 2020, after booking a short well-deserved holiday after a tiring year. We had booked Maris Beach after reading all the positive reviews on here as well as visiting the restaurant on our last trip. I have stayed in Marmaris several times before at other hotels near the beach-front as well as in Icemelar/Armulatan so fully-aware of what to expect from a Turkish 3* hotel located here. we arrived shortly before midnight and were met by a rude receptionist who was so unhelpful. We were allocated a twin-room WITHOUT a cot-bed as requested for my 2 year old son. when we showed him the email of our booking, he kept repeating that he couldnt do anything and we will have to raise it with the day staff. No apology or anything. We kindly asked him if he or the other receptionist could at least try sourcing a cot-bed for our son to which he rudely replied no-tomorrow. The next mroning we did raise it with the manager who did manage to get us a cot-bed but couldnt give us a double room so we had to put the two single beds together! The hotel is in a superb location near the beach with excellent wifi on each floor. the rooms are cleaned daily but we did encounter a problem trying to get our room cleaned on one day despite the housekeeping staff being next door but reception again kept sending them to clean other rooms and keep us waiting for some reason. The lift is very small (enough for 3 people max) so expect alot of waiting. We paid extra for air-conditioning.

I dont normally leave reviews but wantsd to share my experienfe after my stay at Maris Beach last week for a few days. Before booking, I used tripadvisor and found that the hotel has alot of postive reviews from visitors so was looking forward to my stay at the hotel. I had booked a double seaview room with my partner and child.When we got to the hotel, we were instead given a twin room with NO cot. When I reminded the receptionist about my booking, he just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he could do and speak to the manager tommorow. I asked if he could atleast attempt to find a travel cot for my child to which he kept rudely saying no. When we did visit reception the next day, the manager said that there are NO seaview double rooms only twins so I dont understand why the receptonist couldnt tell us the night before. I dont normally complain but the staff here need some proper training on customer service. It took 7 hours and 4 phonecalls later to finally get our room cleaned by housekeeping even though they kept saying 10 minutes. It was a struggle to even get a hello from the reception staff! Also, dont make the same mistake that I did of mixing the restaurant with the hotel. If you read most of the reviews, you will find that visitors praise the restaurant and restaurant staff who are seperate to the hotel even though they share the same name! We eat at the restaurant and the staff there were superb! Dissappointed.

Just wonderful

We stayed for 2 weeks 24th September. Had a lovely sea view room which was cleaned daily by the lovely maids. The reception staff and restaurant staff are wonderful , so attentive to all our needs . The temperature checks and sanitiser throughout the hotel , bar and even onto the beach are something we should take heed of here in the UK. We have booked again for same time next year .
