EXCELENTE HOTEL Y PERSONAL
fui una semana maravilla, hotel y personal excelente, tiene la mejor vista en marmaris,la comida deliciosa también personal de restaurante son muy servicial, más srta. nuriye deveci, vamos a regresar el próximo año.

Buen hotel con un entretenimiento increíble en especial gracias a CAGLA y Zac tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. En general la comida y las instalaciones cumplieron con las expectativas. Repetiremos seguramente
Orka Covid holiday
We have stayed at this amazing hotel for the past few years and was a little worried about our stay during a pandemic, we needn't worry at all because we still had a fantastic holiday even with restrictions in place for the safety of staff and guests. On arrival we had temperature checks and luggage sanitised then back to our room with fantastic views over Icmeler bay, as before the cleanliness throughout this hotel was first class which is a credit to the hardworking housekeeping team. Entertainment was a little different this year due to the restrictions but we still had a fabulous time with live singers in the blue bar and tireless animation team and the best ever barman at the beach Ferhat, he never stops smiling and entertaining the kids whilst serving ice cold drinks. Ala carte is a must do at this hotel, we had both the Chinese and Turkish with both being excellent especially with the knowledge and experience of the restaurant manager Bilal, nothing is too much trouble for him to make you feel special. Rooms are spotless clean and are cleaned every day with the fridge restocked and beautiful views to wake up to can't wait to get back here in September, the hairdresser Birol is really friendly and looked after my children's hair while we were there and will definitely use again. A special mention should go to Rachel the hotel concierge as she works tirelessly to make sure you have the most enjoyable memory making holiday as possible, Rachel is an absolute star and a credit to this hotel as is Şükrü at the pavilions, Ferhat on the beach and Bilal in the restaurants, shame we didn't see Jansen as we missed his humour and entertaining enthusiasm but I'm sure we will see him again this year when we return to our favourite place.
Lovely Stay
Stayed for 7 nights August 2020, lovely modern room and amazing views so close to the sea couldn’t believe it ! Very clean and maids were so polite and friendly. We payed for all inclusive which was great for use of drinks, breakfast and lunch but went out of a night to Marmaris which had great restaurants and a beautiful marina. Food in hotel was a good standard e.g chips , chicken , burgers and loads of cocktails to choose from ! The views from the pool and blue bar were amazing and loved the white party of a night. Only downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool , never any left. Would definitely recommend going on a boat trip, get to see some amazing places and jump into the sea ! Me and my boyfriend had the best time and will 100% be returning in the future !
Amazing views, hotel improvements needed!
Me and my partner stayed here in September 2020. We booked through Jet2 package deal for 6 nights and paid around £600pp for all inclusive. Positives: - The hotel was very clean and the rooms had nice modern décor. - Staff were really friendly around the hotel, all worked hard and were helpful. - The food at the snack bar was really nice although a chicken kebab and chips did get boring. A nice salad selection would have been good. - Swimming pools and outdoor areas were very clean and well maintained. - The views were amazing, we couldn't see much out of our room as we had a partial sea view. You had to go to the main pool or in the rooftop bar for best views. - Gym was well equipped and clean. Negatives: - The room had bad air con, we went to sleep lovely and cool then it would cut out mid-way through the night leaving us to wake up sweltering. The shower was not very powerful, no iron in room, curtains were broken and kept falling down. - The bed was VERY uncomfortable, me and my partner joked about how we would sleep on the sunbeds instead as our backs started to hurt. Overall the rooms and main hotel needs a little tlc as marks on wall and floor coming up slightly. - Food was bad, not a lot of selection and always cold. - Sunbeds were reserved really early so you had to wake up at 8:30 to insure you got one. We got up at 8:30 and never got one at the main pool as they were always all taken. - The other pools were fine, however there was no music. - WiFi was non existent, the only place it worked was the lobby and even there it wasn’t amazing. Couldn’t even listen to Spotify by the pool as there was no connection. - The lifts do not work properly, we would wait for ages some nights and end up taking the stairs if they took longer than 5 minutes. - We got one meal in the sit down restaurant which we were looking forward to as food in the buffet restaurant was so poor. However this was also disappointing, my partner ended up sending his food back for something else because it was horrible. Overall I had a lovely break away, I wouldn't discourage people from visiting this hotel however I think it is very overpriced and I personally wouldn't return. With some improvements to the rooms, food and wifi this hotel could be excellent.
