Short stay in sohane

On arrival the friendly staff makes you comfortable same as they have done previously. Beautiful clean Moroccan style rooms. The choice of breakfast continental or Moroccan was delicious. Well done to all the staff that works at the riad dar sohane for making our stay again easy and comfortable
Comfort at the heart of the medina
Reviewed 28 October, 2019
Dar Sohane is located close to Jeema Al Fna square, at the end of one of the traditional narrow streets in the Medina in a noiseless area.
Rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is fair and tasty.
The attention of Amine and Franck was superb. It is recommended to ask the hotel to get a transfer from the airport on arrival, since it is not easy to find any riad inside the medina.
Nice stay in Marrakesh

We stayed in Dar Sohane for four nights during our family [two parents and three grown ups in two rooms] trip.
Location is great, near the square. Staff is responsive and the place is a nice and quiet break from the hectic city, since it has only few rooms.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
Ask them about cooking together with their cook.
A little piece of heaven in Marrakech

Just a beautiful experience. I didn't know what Marrakech would be like and this guest house was way beyond my expectations. Franck, the owner, gave us such a fantastic welcome, this is another level of hospitality I have not experienced in Europe or USA before. The Road is very charming and beautifully decorated, typically Moroccan. It's a pleasure to walk around inside. There is lots of attention to detail - from the nice things available in the room, to the thoughtful details at breakfast. All of the staff is kind, competent and helpful. We had a very good nights sleep, comfortable bed and it's very peaceful. One of the the best holidays I have had, I'm already thinking about going back! If you visit Marrakech you must stay in Riad Dar Sohane, you will love it.
Very good riad for our Easter Trip

The rooms are big and beautifully decorated, they are clean and though they are in the Medina not far away from everything they are very quiet. It can be a bit noisy at breakfast time, but this is going to be changed in July as the breakfast will then be served on the rooftop.
Franck is a very attentive and reliable host. We (3 couples) enjoyed our stay.
